Her 5th year teaching it’s a class of 10 who made it in and there was a total of 100 applicants.
I can see the Marauders and Snape occasionally making comments that she doesn’t have to work as hard because the class size is small but then they shrink away when she pulls out her lesson plans for that class specifically.

Snape would be so petty and make silly remarks until he realizes that reader frequently takes the students to various ancient magic hotspots among the highlands, tours the store of ancient magic below Hogwarts, and gives demonstrations frequently, ALONGSIDE teaching actual lectures, assigning essays/research, etc!!
