Ok...I promised an update so here it is... The weekend started out awesome and then about 2 sessions in we started experiencing a bit of rain...It was on and off most of the day, but we still went crash free all day due to our amazing coaching staff and riders being smart and safe...We did have I think 1 mechanical pickup but that was it! #legacystarcoach Jamie Astudillo and myself had an awesome day working with our students❤ We had 3 ladies and 2 guys and they all did amazingly well!!! So we will hopefully have some new blood for the MotoGirlGT races in August at Roebling Road Raceway with Championship Cup Series & American Sportbike Racing Association. Angela Sink has an awesome program up north and we can't wait to see what the ladies of the south can do. Remember that these graduates can race in any classes they qualify for based on what they are riding and what a great track and a great group of people to jumpstart their racing with...The mock race was the 5 students and our full staff of coaches to go out and simulate race conditions and when you've got 4 MotoAmerica Junior Cup racers, LTD Racing Team, Team Motrac USA, and several of our long time in house coaches, it was an awesome race!!! Day 2 was a different animal entirely...From the jump it was sunny and warm and just went up from there...I kept tabs on the heat index which according to the NOAA it maxed out actual high was 92, but it felt like 99...so yes it was hot...polar opposite(lol) of Saturday, but yet again no crashes, but a couple of mechanical issues. So we literally only lost less than 10 minutes all weekend!!!
