Had an incredible evening at @le_gavroche_restaurant with #michelrouxjr and @thebalvenie discussing the craft after whisky making. It was a huge privileged to meet Michel and to talk to him about his career and success as a chef and of course tasting the delicious food he prepared for us, really, I felt very spoiled with all the attention from all the waiter and Michel himself. It was also very interesting to hear about his experience at The Balvenie destillery in Scotland and how he took inspiration from his journey to create a special menu.
