sth so fucking sick to me about the party imagery in s7 the way effys happiness and pride is symbolized by her picturing herself at a party... not doing anything in particular, no crazy party shenanigans, no jokes, just dancing, hanging out, looking cute, surrounded by people. not alone. not the center of attention, just happy and fulfilled from existing in a group. like bro are you trying to make me fucking cry. she is such a social animal and she truly loves people despite her extreme difficulty letting anyone in. the party was her relief from the torture chamber and it was real. she acts like shes so fuckin hard and such a badass in s3 and then in s7 trying to be the center of attention and she can do that but it's not even something she really likes enough to tolerate it for long. she just wants to be dancing w people in a nice room. she wants to be back with her friends.
Tim is literally like an acting ninja. the shows you've watched that are so incredibly british? he's probably been in it. you just never noticed.
