okay please talk to me about your Legend of Ladybug AU, because like Ladybug and Chat Noir as yin/yang avatars (and also Adrien = zuko and I will maybe fight people on this) is my EVERYTHING
Aha well this is more of an LOK AU than a ATLA AU (Legend of Korra, eh)! Well in this either of them are the avatar, in fact they’re not even benders! I made this AU with @desolation-n-solitude and suggested that they shouldn’t be benders to which she agreed.
Marinette is of Fire Nation descent and lives in Republic City along with everyone else. She aspires to work in fashion just like Gabriel Agreste, and hopes to someday marry his son Adrien, a sweet, charming and handsome mover star and model, whom she goes to school with. Adrien is of Earth Kingdom descent and is basically Asami. His mom disappeared one night when he was young and was presumed dead. Gabriel, instead of willing helping Hawk Moth like Hiroshi did with Amon, is being blackmailed into it.
On the superhero side of things, Marinette is able to chi-block her opponents and uses this to fight off the benders deployed by Hawk Moth. He blood bends them against their will when he gains the upper hand and has triad members to do dirty work. Adrien found out his dad was helping Hawk Moth and tried to sabotage and steal their equipment using the alias “Chat Noir” but like a black cat, his luck turned bad and got captured only to have Ladybug come to his rescue. He also wears a pair of the electrified gloves, and has supplies of all the weapons the equalists have.
And yes he has a motorcycle.
Tikki and Plagg are La and Tui.
Marinette has all of Mai’s weapons.
