Self.  Centered. This has been expressed in multiple supports and canon, and Cynthia is so blindly unaware of it that it makes her seem very inconsiderate and rude.  When she wants something, she will get it, and if she cannot get, it's an offense on her end.  It's the very core of her (arguably) annoying antics. To not confuse with anything negative: She cares deeply for other people and her health, definitely.  She just has issues placing herself in their shoes, and occasionally has the dark want of wanting something in return in turn for her "service". It is very hard of her to consider another perspective, and even less so, agree with it.

Lacking in religious belief, really.  The only practice she'll ever get is some passive "Oh, gods!", but believes in higher powers (she.  kinda has to).  She respects those who are devout in their beliefs, but hasn't necessarily been fundemental in hers. In turn, off of what future!Sumia has told her, she believes that everything is connected by some form of energy, and many people are born to use it differently in their talents (magic, swordfighting, etc.).  Cynthia centers this belief in finding the good in others, even if it's hard to necessarily find, so she refuses to judge people after awhile.  If you were to ask her, she'd never be able to pinpoint on what her energy-provided talent is - some say it's her sociability.  Others say it's her escapism.

It's customary to not name your pegasus within the midst of the Pegasus Knights, so Cynthia has not done so. Her pegasus is a lot like Cynthia in the aspect that she prefers lots of attention, especially with her loss of Sumia in the future; however, she is not meek, and can be extremely irritated almost too easily.  If you want something akin  to a mechanical bull ride, go ahead and climb on Cynthia's pegasus without approval. She is very smart, knowing how to communicate with Cynthia's subdued horse communication, but prefers Sumia any day.  (Still won't give her a ride though.  The Sumia in this time period is very different than future Sumia, and doesn't want to lose her again.)

An extrovert; very sociable and cannot stand being secluded.  Despite this, she tends to lean toward her friendship clique gang badass squad circle the most - and even more so, would rather prefer moments with just Owain, her really good childhood friend.  However, she'd confide anything to anyone if she feels she could remotely trust them.

Sleep talker. She'll mumble and form some words in the midst of her sleep, and boy is she LOUD in that aspect.  Sometimes in the deep of the night, night owls could faintly hear a "But I don't like broccoli cake!" in the distance in Cynthia's voice. She sleeps in a starfish position.

Holds back on sparring of any kind.  She dislikes having to be brutal, and can't take the point of a spar seriously.  You're going to need to manage to anger her in order for her to stop holding back and be a suitable partner.

Ruffle this woman's hair. She revels in it. Mess with her pigtails, run your fingers through locks, she'll be oddly fine with it, and sometimes leaves an effect to that of grabbing the scruff of a cat. Very good for if she's crying a lot.
