One more day left of my full immersion training/therapy with wellness coach (and guardian angel) @steve_atlas . After hurting my shoulder in June, I became sedentary while healing, and have been tentative to get moving again. Atlas has developed a personal plan that safely does that, while affording me more years on this vintage body of mine. And we also caught a showing of @shapeofwatermovie (center), along with a visit to osteopathic Ron Murray, and healthy eating!
