I wanted to try putting a contest on Tumblr. I don’t know how effective it will be but here we go.

All you have to do is draw the character above interacting with the Zelda universe in some way. She can be in a location, interacting with characters, and/or fighting some enemies. You can use any artstyle, but using the artstyle of a game doesn’t count on it’s own. You can’t just draw a Wind Waker Marii and expect to get a prize.

The prizes are my animations. Specifically:

5th: 15 seconds of rough animation

4th: 30 seconds of rough animation

3rd: 10 seconds of clean animation or 45 seconds of rough animation

2nd: 20 seconds of clean animation or 60 seconds of rough animation

1st: 30 seconds of clean animation or 90 seconds of rough animation

Deadline: The end of Halloween. 

Submission: Just notify me and show me the drawing when it’s done. Comment, DM, anything. If you notify me that you want to enter, I can remind you when the deadline approaches.

If you can draw, you really don’t have anything to lose. The likelihood of even getting 5 submissions to get all the prizes is unlikely.
