Fengqing have many iconic scenes - which one is your favourite? 🏹⚔️ Any media counts, let us know in the comments!
Reading tgcf vol 2 rn, and I forgot about why Mu Qing has been so upset with His Highness help?…
Like wasn’t Xie Lian helping him, why would he be so arrogant?
I really don’t remember, but I guess my “favourite” volume 4, aka a “plate full of glass”, will certainly have an answer
The real reason Mu Qing and Feng Xin sit so far apart is because the last time they sat together Feng Xin stood up and Mu Qing got an eyeful of his "tremendous masculinity"
He was so intimidated by the sheer size of it that he couldn't look Feng Xin in the eyes for at least 100 years
Any mu Qing fans/ fengqing shippers pls interact!! Looking for moots!!! 🙏🙏🙏 21+ only!!
I have so many unanswered questions about Mu Qing's dad. Why did he get executed? How old was Mu Qing when it happened? Did Mu Qing manage to have a decent childhood before his father died, his mom got sick, and he had to start working to support the family? Mu Qing's dad is barely mentioned, but his shadow must still hang over Mu Qing, considering an important part of his arc is his origins. Did Mu Qing grow up knowing that his father was beheaded for treason or murder? Was it related to the royal family? How brutal was the execution method? Did he actually commit the crime, or was he framed (foil to Mu Qing)? The more I think about it, the crazier it gets. All of this is summarised in one sentence in the book, and it changes the entire tension of Mu Qing thinking he's being accused of crimes he didn't commit. Bro grew up having everyone know what happened to his dad, of course, he was paranoid and cynical, wouldn't you be?
Now, I may not be the biggest Mu Qing fan in the house, but I headcannon that after he fixed Rouye up, Rouye got a little attached to him. SO, literally everytime the Xianle Quartet meet for something serious, Rouye will tackle Mu Qing, and wrap around him like real snug and give him hugs in her own way.... and while he is miserable with embarrassment each time, cuz poor boy is literally on the floor wrapped up like a burrito, Feng Xin is laughing his heart out.
