Centipede Kai headcanons? Are we doing centipede Kai headcanons?

"The only way to survive in a land of monsters is to become a monster" ? A mural of what looks to be a man going through a metamorphosis that turns him into a giant centipede? Ritual shit. I don't know if this is an idea that's already been going around, I haven't seen it. But like. What if it's some kind of thing that works like the devourer's venom, where it got in his blood and now it's changing him physically? And what if he did it on purpose because something about it was what was gonna give him the strength to survive? And what if the way the metamorphosis progresses is that the more hardened he gets, the more of a hold on him it has?

That would like. Give "I can't lose myself" a whole different connotation. "This thing I've done to myself is either going to get me out of here, back to my family, or it's going to consume me"

And he’s got to hold on and make sure the first thing is what happens. So he can see them again. He can’t lose himself.
