Marking my right eye with Po Sacrada as an ode to the ancient eye of Heru, the right eye representing the Eye of Ra which is symbolic of the sun or fire energy and intellect. It's most importantly to harmonize with my Kreola sister Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes who marked her left eye which represents the lunar principle, intuitive energy and giving. With my right eye I & I receive the blessings bestowed on me by the divine and my ancestors. I stand in Ma'at (truth/harmony) because I affirm: my power is mine to keep, deserving of only those willing to give as much as they receive!
