while you were on a hiatus it became a running joke that blaze's vases keep getting smashed by sonic on accident so i laughed REALLY hard at this.

ooc: reading through Julie's head canons just for kicks and honestly, Blaze and her would have the oddest relationship. Like they have a lot of the same opinions but at the same time, considering Julie's recklessness, Blaze would have to sometimes have to excercize high tolerance and patience levels.

Lilies: Have you ever lost someone important to you? 

((I... Don't think Omega really has. At all. The only person he's only ever "lost" is Eggman, and that's just on a level of being amicable with each other. I suppose this "loss" was important though, as it caused the rage-filled vengeance that drives Omega to this day.

But yeah. There are few people important to Omega, and they are pretty good at taking care of themselves. No tragedy over here.)) 

Sunflower: What brings you happiness? 

((And the theme continues: "TO CRUSH, MAIM, AND DESTROY". I use these words and their synonyms a WHOLE LOT while writing, because they are just the biggest part of what makes Omega, Omega. I know, I feel you. "But Digit/Omega-mun, those words appearing on my dash all the time are getting annoying!" And to an extent, I agree with you! I actually have the thesaurus page for 'destruction' open most of the time while I write Omega, just because of the sheer amount of times he addresses the concept. Having the same word appear over and over again is annoying and I do apologize on behalf of my muse who will absolutely not. 

But it is what drives him, and gives him a sense of purpose. He is, when it boils down to it, a weapon. He was created to destroy things! By obliterating everything that he doesn't already consider friendly or not worth his destructive prowess, he is doing what he is created to do, and that gives him a sense of fulfillment. He wants to protect the world, given the mission that carried on to him after the upload of his soul, but do it in the most violent and vengeful way he can, as per his original programming. He was not made to be peaceful, and should world peace actually come, it's highly likely he would put himself into a sort of sleep mode, until he is needed again to shoot things and beat things up. It's just the essence of Omega. 

But, even though the need for destruction dominates most of his being, there are a few other things that make him happy. He tends to enjoy most new experiences on some level, as it makes him more knowledgeable about the world around him and therefore allows him to make better offensive strategies. The same goes for meeting new people.

He also does not mind the company of his teammates. Shadow in particular, given that he is possibly the only being alive with the information that Omega has emotions other than revenge-filled hatred, and does have the ability to doubt himself. 

Of course, if Shadow were ever to divulge this information to anyone, he would surely rise to the top of Omega's hit list, just below his creator himself.))
