Mainly, just make sure the cat has a place to hide if its gets to be too much that has their stuff/familiar scents. Some cats adapt to new changes really quick (my cat took to our house near immediately) But my bro’s cat took a few days to adjust. It can take up to a week ish according to the research I’ve done on introducing pets to a new house. So uh yeah the main thing is to let the cat adapt at their own pace. It seems like you guys are doing it all well, good luck!

thank you so much! yeah, he seems to be doin okay right now. i was just hanging out with him and he was rollin on the floor and he looked comfortable so i think he’s gonna be okay.  my main concern is my grandmas dog, but they are both friendly animals (also both very shy) . its just gonna have to take some time.
