Stabby the Space Roomba and his buddy Junior! Stabby is radio controlled 2.4ghz, and junior is Bluetooth controlled using an Sbrick. My nefarious plan to take over the world with cute Lego robots is coming to fruition! However, at this point, the pieces in my technic kits are running low, and all my power functions motors are in use... hmmmm... Tell me what you think!
20230706: today's LEGO countdown to Space Day! was the creator 3-in-1 Robo Explorer with 205 pieces from 2017. while the humans are spending massive amounts of time training and imagining what space will be like, the scientists sent out a variety of robots to do what exploring they can. this set has a lot of really great parts, including a light brick, used as a jetpack for the robot dog, a light for the "more human shaped" robot, or the engine for the flying droid/robot. the colors in this set are also really good and the builds are simple but still have really interesting features using ball joints and tread :)

Hopefully, LEGO will upgrade and enhance this in the near future and add more powerful motors to it as well. @andystechgarage
is it a ravenclaw mood to be writing a report due tomorrow about a lego robot project while wearing pajamas, eating snickers, drinking pineapplejuice and listening to imagine dragons or is that just me
lego robot competition day update 1
it's 10:30am, weve spent almost one hour on two groups' runs, each of which is max 10mins of actual runs and the remaining minutes are test runs and last touches, one guy on the second group left the room 15minutes ago visibly upset, despite his robot currently leading, and has yet to come back, group number 6 is now testing if theyre ready despite groups number 3, 4 and 5 not having had their turn, someone's playing music again, the entire science department staff is watching us, there are constant sounds of various sorts, everyone's stressed, robots are going constantly, another group has one of our wheels, and ive escaped the room because i needed a Break
i swear its been three hours and the wii theme song is playing again, the fifa music has been a constant the past hours, half of us have left, the robots are going non stop, we dont know where the balls are, nothings working for anyone, i am definitely skipping orchestra as the practice starts in one (1) minute and i am definitely not there as i am still in my goddamn classroom 3,5 hours after i could leave and this must be what its like in hell
