Just a heads up that I've deleted the tumblr app from my phone so I won't be checking it as frequently.
I need to just focus on my craft and not the popularity contest that this website encourages.
I actually hit 400 followers yesterday which is a big milestone for me. In fact my follower count actually tripled in the 3 weeks since I released Don't Stand So Close To Me.
I'm still such a small fry on this website and so every little bit of promotion really helps my story reach a larger audience. It's something I'm insanely proud of and to be completely honest I'm a bit saddened that most of my mutuals have not engaged with it at all.
I understand that everyone is busy and a majority of my mutuals are other writers with their own projects to focus on. But a lot of times it can feel like a total wank circle on here and I kind of hate it.
At the same time I don't want this to be mistaken for being ungrateful, because I do have I have so many enthusiastic weekly readers and I feel SO LUCKY for it.
I want to thank every person who's supported me and continues to support me with every update. Every comment and reblog means the world to me. I love you so much, thank you for coming on this journey with me. I'm writing this story for you, and for me.
