He’d hoped that finally saying it would break the last tie. I don’t love you. The sentiment had felt more and more true to him as years went on. Yet now, instead, all he could feel was the rush of cold blue, the way the force around his mother seemed to wilt. Good. That slithering voice in his mind as always reminded him of what he’d expected to feel. But he was frustrated–and afraid. When he was young, he hadnt been aware that the warmth and comfort and her force had been what muffled his coldest fear–his blackest hatred. With his uncle he’d thought the darkness surrounding him had been his anger at being abandoned…. But now he couldn’t be so sure. Now that he realized what cutting her off might really mean. He realized that unlike Han Solo, he could not look her in the eye. “Then you’re blind. Your son died years ago. He’s never coming back to you.” As if to prove a point he turned his back, not sure if he should desperately grip at the whispers in his mind or the weakening connection between them; a connection he knew they could both feel almost physically. “Give up on him. I meant what I said.”

This was typical sick Han behavior. Constantly getting out of bed, trying to do stuff. Leia had put him to bed quiet a few times but he kept crawling out. Currently she had him in bed with Chewie standing watch. In his fever addled stated he’d called Chewie a traitor.

Now Leia was trying to get him to take medicine which Han seriously hated medicine. The only medicine he liked was the alcoholic kind. He fought her off, or tried to. Eventually she got the meds in his mouth and he had no choice but to swallow.

“Fuck, Leia…” He groaned and tried to roll away.

He had landed on a forest planet in order to take a break from his travels and get a location. Though he could have kept going his ship needed fuel and some work done to it. After he had landed and settled everything he walked to a nearby hanger he had seen before. He looked at all the people moving about. It did not matter where in the universe he went he always saw them running around.
