Congrats to City of Ghosts for not only winning a Peabody, but an Emmy now, too!! Again, could not think of a more deserving show - I know I sound like a broken record at this point, but if you haven't watched it already... watch it! It's so good!! To celebrate, here's more of my design work from my time freelancing - some abstract speech bubbles from "Leimart Park." These are definitely a bit out of my usual wheelhouse, but I'm glad the team gave me an opportunity to try my hand at them! Was going for something crafty/hand-made to match the wooden doll segment they're a part of. Fun fact: the abstract shapes in the more angular designs can be found in the actual Leimart Park BGs from the same episode, subtly tying this abstract "text" back in with the environment.
