When Leia and Han agree they are better off as friends than lovers, Leia goes to Paz and asks for the right to duel him for courtship. Paz is floored, fully not understanding, but agrees.
After a hard fight, Leia wins. After agreeing to the courtship, Leia hauls Paz by the armor and kisses his helmet. He is a fucking mess, still trying to catch up with everything.
Din and Luke are considerably unhelpful- Luke too busy laughing his ass off and Din busy holding his lover up so he doesn't end up on the ground. Din also quips on a congratulations and Paz is like "VOD!" nearly tempted to sock Din a good one but also doesn't want to let go of Leia- who is very pleased with herself.
