It is also something that you may have heard many times and possibly not paid that much attention to. In fact, this actually plays a major part that is involved in your ability to have the type of career you want and achieve the type of financial wealth you would love to have. Every human being lives according to their highest values. In other words, you live according to your highest priorities or the things that are most important to you. I am passionate to travel and I love being on the road. I love creative writing and reading a great book, it is a love for language. The many moods of the shifting sky, sunrises and sunsets. I am passionate about people, having an enriching or heartfelt conversations. I like to dance. i am also fond of paintings and fashion design. Yes! Passion! I am passionate about so many things in my life! Other areas that are growing passions of mine include my faith, exercising/running, and healthy eating. And I’m not sure I can call it a passion, but I always have an opinion and I’m happy to share it if asked.

The factor that motivates me in life is passion. There are times when you feel so motivated for something that you are willing to sacrifice your leisure time for it. Take a leap of faith, be the person who does the things that others don’t. If they are too scared to do something but yet you feel that you aren’t scared yourself to do it, then just go out and do it with all your love, energy and passion. Optimism and smiles are contagious. Make the world a happy and positive place. As contradictory as it sounds, most remarkable people never set out to be remarkable. They did what they loved and were really passionate and that is what got them to being remarkable.

Hotel City Bell - Calidad & Estilo

En los últimos tiempos, la localidad de City Bell, ha  ido tomando una notable relevancia en lo que hace a diferente tipo de emprendimientos comerciales, gastronómicos y culturales. El crecimiento demográfico trajo aparejado que los servicios que se ofrecen en esta localidad, se multiplicaran, congregándose mayormente en el área céntrica, que combina en muchos caso, el buen gusto en un ambiente relajado, de calles arboladas y, por ahora, no tan congestionadas.

Dentro de este nuevo boom emprendedor que se da en la zona, abre sus puertas el Hotel City Bell, un hotel del tipo “boutique” que viene a sumar una oferta de alojamiento de lujo que no existía en la zona.

En una casa de las tradicionales casas del City Bell, que data de 1948, se realizó un cuidado reciclaje y ampliación, dando como lugar a un hotel de 21 habitaciones, 4 de las cuales pertenecen a la casa original y el resto al sector que se añadió, conservando toda la estética y estilo de la casona.

Todas las habitaciones están decoradas de manera artesanal. No hay una igual a la otra y se han inspirado para la decoración en diferentes pintores, contando cada una con la impronta de colores y tonalidades de los cuadros. Cuenta además con una cafetería, una sala de conferencias, un cálido lobby y estacionamiento.

Nos recibió amablemente su gerente, María José Alba,quien cuenta una extensa experiencia en el sector hotelero tanto en Argentina como en el exterior quien nos comento que muchas personas han elegido al hotel también como lugar para sus eventos sociales, tanto casamientos, cumpleaños, fiestas y reuniones empresariales.

On labor…

              In the status quo, we encountered different issues and concerns especially by the workers. When we confronted this issue in relation to work and labor, we may be dismayed. The myriad concerns about unemployment and underemployment are rampant. Before, nursing graduates are in high demand. However, because of many graduates every year, they end up as volunteer even the teachers and government contractual. They waited for long period of time for the items or job orders that promised them good compensations. Sales lady and contractual workers only had fewer benefits. When their contract ended, they treated somehow as mere objects to satisfy the needs of the establishment. Farmers and tenants treated unfairly. Even their children are forced to work just to sustain their daily needs. Here child labor appears. 

                  On these concerns manifest dehumanizing. We say so, because they got involved in work just to satisfy their need of work, of being a worker but not in satisfying the needs of a person as a person. There is a human person fulfillment. As a person, it is not just only, physiological needs that need to provide and to satisfy but also some other aspect of human needs (relate it to Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs).

                 In Filipino context, it gives emphasis on work and leisure. Moreover, work can be humanizing by giving reward and positive reinforcement, fulfilling the right needs, treating them fairly and giving them what is due to them according to the effort they exerted.
