In line with Sport Singapore's suspension of all its youth-centric organised programmes until April 7, we were told to cease operations of all junior and youth golf programmes. Penalty for not complying - $10,000 fine. Just yesterday, we were told we could coach juniors and youths, but 1:1 ratio. Things change in a split second.
