New Toonsona!
His name is Sunny Side Mike, or just Mike to his friends.
(The base is a Picrew; I don’t remember where I got it.)
He was first inked by a trio of middle school girls who needed a mascot for their budding lemonade stand. Their parents, impressed by their determination, paid to have a television commercial made for the business, the Sunny Side Lemonade Stand, starring the new Toon. The business was short-lived, as the girls were sent to separate high schools two years later, and Sunny Side Mike was left behind.
