This Lemonade Strawberry Icebox Tart is a refreshing and easy-to-make dessert perfect for any occasion. The tangy lemonade filling combined with sweet strawberries creates a delightful flavor sensation that is sure to impress.
Ingredients: 1 9-inch pre-made graham cracker pie crust. 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk. 1/2 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed. 1 8-ounce container whipped topping, thawed. 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced. 1 tablespoon lemon zest, for garnish.
Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and thawed lemonade concentrate until well mixed. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated. Spread half of the lemonade mixture onto the bottom of the graham cracker pie crust. Layer sliced strawberries evenly over the lemonade mixture. Cover the strawberries with the remaining lemonade mixture, smoothing the top with a spatula. Refrigerate the tart for at least 4 hours or until set. Before serving, garnish with lemon zest. Slice and enjoy!
