Ingredients: 4 cups water. 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice. 1/4 cup erythritol or stevia or to taste. 1/4 teaspoon sea salt. 1/4 teaspoon potassium chloride optional, for electrolytes.
Instructions: In a pitcher, combine water, fresh lemon juice, and erythritol or stevia. Stir until erythritol or stevia is dissolved. Add sea salt and potassium chloride if using. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice and enjoy!
