When I lived in Dallas, Tx I was in a mom’s group, and during one of our outings we had lunch with a 90 year old lady at her home. Her message to us was this, bloom where you’re planted and after telling us some of the things she went through during her life. She had taken this on as her motto. As we left she gave us a flower that had grew through concrete and a tiled floor behind a toilet as a parting gift. I have now taken this as my motto.
