Lemres swaps out his theme song as much as he swaps out his pants.

As a result he has the best character theme in 15th by a wiiide margin and has the best pants in the series to boot!

As if the characters had much time to swap out their themes. Excluding Arle, Rulue, Satan, and Schezo, just the once.

What you see here is the specimen known as Incubus in Puyo Puyo Quest. He’s a proud owner of a pair of Lemres pants as Puyo Puyo fans call it at @puyoconfessions​. Thus we’ll call it as such as well.

Please take note of the feet of his Lemres Pants on all three of the above images. In order they are Rank *3, *6 and *7. At his seventh rank he just stops having reinforced noses on his Lemres Pants.

I find this strange, because PPQ likes to play with everyone’s costumes (or even bodies) as the evolve. But usually not on a vanilla character’s Rank *7. At that point the costumes are set in stone as far as I’ve (Mod Mamono) have seen.

And I have looked into a little why. Incubus’ Rank 7 render came out in 19 March 2018. The latest Incubus before that was *6 Blue Incubus on 29 May 2017 which lacks the the protection:

This can mean a few things. But here are two reasons I came up with:

They modeled *7 Incubus off of *6 Blue Incubus.

Or this is just an adjustment to his character model now.
