I don't remember Stadi but YES to B'Elanna being with ladies and YES to Harry and B'Elanna having friendship stuff and YES to Harry getting the million promotions he deserves!!

Stadi was the betazoid pilot in the first episode who died when they went through the caretaker’s relay. I like to envision a Trek where she got to live and we got even more ladies interacting and I think her a B’Elanna could have had an interesting friendship with her, they both like literature and Stadi could have understood B’Elanna’s emotions without B’Elanna having to explain them but also help her work through things and B’Elanna could have teased her in how she was interested in old bones (in the extended universe she was into astropaleontology) and they both took no shit from anyone. pretty much I really wish she’d gotten to live and be the pilot.
