In 2005 when the story of “Vickie” came to me as a short story, I never thought that it would be a novel but 10 years later yet it did. Even more, it would have at least three actors/actresses lending their name in interest to play characters in a proposed TV series. Also that I would currently be approached by one of the biggest stars in Hollywood and their production company to hear what my Vickie books are all about. However, it is happening. Leni Rico Born in Linares, Spain, Leni Rico used to be a professional basketball player for 11 years assisting her teammates to triumph in Spain's 1st Division Championship. After graduating in Tourism Management, she quickly moved from the tourism industry and from the luxury cars sales to performing. Though she loved to play basketball professionally too she realized that her real passion was acting. Leni recently played in a movie called The Poison Rose with Morgan Freeman and John Travolta. She is also filming a TV series called DFW(La Guerra Silenciosa). Leni is a close friend and narrator to my Vickie book in Spanish.
