Your gasp of shock when you laid eyes on Lenka, Alisa and Lindow startled Kota, making him ask what was wrong. You had run across the room to jump into Lenka’s arms, taking him to the floor with you as you complained, hitting his chest with all the anger you could, your fists clenched as they hammered steadily into his torso “You idiot...! Stop being so reckless already. I thought you wanted to kill Aragami and save people! If you die, who’ll do-”
Your rant was cut short when Lenka pulled you forward, your face pressed into his chest as he held you close, not wanting you to see the light flush on his cheeks, his words stopping you short “I’m here, (Name)...... So, please don’t get upset. I’m not dead, and I’m still going to save people. I want to complete Aegis quickly so I can save as many people as possible”
Tears welled up in your eyes at his statement, your palms flattening against his chest as you nodded “Yeah..... I’m not upset. I’m just glad you’re back, all of you” Pulling back from his embrace, you let him help you to your feet, your cheeks tinged a light red as your gaze lingered on his before you remembered Alisa and Lindow.
With a start, you pulled away from Utsugi and ran over to Alisa, hugging the gray haired girl as you sighed “Alisa..... Are you okay? I was worried sick. Lindow, thank you for bringing them back safely..... I wanted to go with you, but Major Amamiya wouldn’t let me. Is it because I’m also a new-type....? Any way, I’m glad you guys are back. Please take some time to recuperate first before trying anything dangerous again; if you guys keep getting hurt, they’ll never let me go out!”
“Dyaus...... Pita......” Alisa mumbled under her breath, making your eyes soften “How about I walk you back to your room, Alisa....? You look a bit tired and leaving you alone is a horrible idea” She responded with a nod, leaning on you for support as you began walking to the direction her room was in, only for Lindow to call out to you “Oi, (Name)! You owe me a beer!” You spun around, a heavy flush on your cheeks “Wh-what?! I don’t.... I’m not interested Lindow!”
The cigarette in Lindow’s mouth landed on the floor, his expression one of bewilderment since you would never turn down an invitation to drink with him and Sakuya. He cleaned his ear with his pinky and asked “Could you say that again?” You rolled your eyes, embarrassed as you yelled “I’m not interested in that right now! What? Are you deaf or something?!” Turning back around, you walked down the hall with Alisa, wanting her to get as much rest as possible. Kota was about to ask Lenka what happened when he noticed the male’s stare on you, his face a bright shade of red.
“Lenka.... You must really like (Last/name)....” At that, the green eyed male turned to face Kota, the flush on his cheeks spreading across his nose like a sunburn as he whispered to the orange haired teen, panic swimming in his eyes “Is it that obvious....?” Kota blinked and shook his head, giving a bright smile “No..... It’s just that you stare a bit too much.... I think you should do something about that first, if you don’t want to be that obvious. I think....”
After you made sure Alisa was asleep, you left her room as quietly as possible, closing her door and sighing as you spun around, not expecting to bump into someone immediately you stepped away from the door. Suspecting Tatsumi or Lindow, you immediately attacked, raising your right leg for a roundhouse, only for your eyes to land on the very familiar white button up shirt and black fingerless gloves, your leg stopping two inches away from Lenka’s ear as you looked up and met his shocked gaze.
“Were you just about to kick me in the head?” He asked, his green eyes full of curiosity. You dropped your leg immediately, panic setting into your facial features as you waved your hands around wildly “N-no! That’s not.... I mean... I didn’t mean to. I just thought it was someone else.... Maybe Lindow or Tatsumi.... That’s why I did that, I.... I’d never attack you, Lenka. You know that, right?”
The blue haired male lunged forward to grab your hands in his, his eyes full of sincerity as he answered you “Of course I do..... The same goes for me, I’d never intentionally hurt you, (Name). I want you to know that first of all; then-” Pulling your hands from his grasp, you shook your head as you turned around, hugging yourself “(Name)...? What’s wrong?” Lenka asked, holding a hand out to you as you walked away from him.
“You hurt me..... Today, you hurt me today, Lenka. When you did something as stupid as that..... I was so worried, I... I couldn’t stop pacing, I thought-” You stopped abruptly when Lenka hugged you, his arms winding around your slender waist to hold you against him, whispered apologies gracing your ears as he tightened his hold on you, however, it only made you want to breakdown even more, your hands coming to rest over his as you sighed, tears sliding down your cheeks “I thought I lost you...... I couldn’t stop panicking, I just...... I’m sorry”
“You shouldn’t be apologizing, (Name)..... I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to make you worry so much. I just thought everyone would be safer if we took that Vajra down..... I wanted you to be a little safer outside. I’m here, okay? You didn’t lose me..... I’m still here, I’m holding onto you now, I’m okay, so don’t panic”
“Wow........ They both got it bad” Lindow mumbled from the corner he sat watching you and Lenka along with Sakuya and Kota, making them both shush him, trying to hear what Lenka was telling you.
Spinning you around, Lenka sighed as he wiped your tears away, bringing you even closer to him, his gloved hands cupping your cheeks as he mumbled “Please don’t cry..... No tears, you know I hate it when you do, despite how beautiful you look, still...... Don’t cry, please?” You nodded, placing your much smaller hands over his, sighing “Lenka......”
With such an endearing expression on your face, Lenka couldn’t help the flush that crawled across his cheeks, his eyes focused on yours as he dipped his head, his lips a breath from yours as he mumbled “(Name).....” At the exact moment his lips brushed yours, you heard a call of his last name, only one voice sounded that way, Major Amamiya.
Pushing him away from you, you stepped back to face the busty woman, your face warm as you averted your gaze from Lenka’s, forcing your body to stay still when the blue haired male answered her in a shaky but exasperated voice “Y-yes, Major?” She looked between you and Lenka, her voice carrying a hint of amusement “Am I interrupting something....?” You gulped and looked over to Lenka, your eyes begging him not to act crazy.
However, the corresponding answers had the Major raising an eyebrow, a hint of a smirk on her lips “Of course not, Maj-” “No, Major Amamiya!” She simply chuckled “(Name)..... Have you tried it yet?” You immediately stiffened at what she asked, your eyes roaming the entire corridor, yet somehow managing to avoid both her and Lenka as you replied “N-not yet..... I-” She cut you off by suggesting “Why don’t you try it out on Lenka?”
“Try what...?” The confused man asked. You looked away, biting your bottom lip as the Major explained to Lenka “(Name) discovered of recent, that she has a special power.... Aragami give special powers once they are implanted into your body, everyone has a special ability, and she just discovered hers of recent. Utsugi, the gash on your body isn’t healed yet, or is it?”
Lenka shook his head, his eyes moving over you curiously “No, Major.... It isn’t healed” The tall woman nodded “(Name), give me a demonstration of this pow-” You wrung your hands nervously, your cheeks flushed “Here...? It.... It’s embarrassing, Major Amamiya” She rolled her eyes and gestured for you to follow her, taking you to the lift and getting in behind you both.
“This is better, isn’t it? Now, show me” She said, crossing her arms and waiting for your next move. You raised your head and walked closer to Lenka, tugging your bottom lip between your teeth before mumbling “Lenka, I need a clear view of your wound. Unbutton your shirt and hold onto my waist......” The green eyed male looked back to focus on Major Amamiya, his cheeks a light pink as he muttered under his breath “Um..... Major Amamiya is here.... Is that okay...?”
You nodded, watching him loosen the buttons on his shirt while looking away from you, his hands coming up behind you to rest on your waist as he pulled you flush against him, the quick movement eliciting a shocked gasp from you. You looked over to the porcelain skinned woman, opting to smack Lenka’s arm lightly for being too rough instead of outrightly scolding him while she was there.
Lifting a hand to cup his cheek, you reached up on the tips of your toes and sighed “Meet me halfway, Lenka. Please.... I can’t-” The rest of your sentence got lost as Lenka’s lips covered yours, his lips surprisingly soft against yours as you let your eyes flutter closed, your other hand sliding down his chest to rest directly above the wound on his abdomen. You pulled away for air, reminding yourself that you were doing this for Tsubaki to see your powers, not because you wanted to, you reminded yourself as Lenka’s lips came crashing down on yours again, that you had to focus on healing him more than the kiss.
You focused on concentrating energy into your palms, satisfied when you felt the continuous tingle of energy surging through your hands and into the male’s body, cracking your eyes open to sigh contently into the kiss when you saw the familiar white light emitting from the sides of the hand you had on Lenka’s face, your eyes locking on the surprised expression Major Amamiya had on her face before you shut your eyes again, trying to relax and enjoy the intimacy you were sharing with your love interest and fellow god eater.
The moment you let your feet come back in contact with the ground, your lips detached from Lenka’s and you saw the shift in his expression before he backed you into a wall, one of his knees situated between your legs as he grabbed the hand on his face and pinned it to the wall beside your head, his torso pressed firmly against yours as if he was afraid you would forcibly leave his grasp.
You let out a sound akin to a whimper at how he was acting in front of Tsubaki, the sound only earning you Lenka’s tongue, the warm organ tangling against yours before you moaned breathily into the kiss, the light on your palms fading due to how absorbed you were in the kiss and also due to the fact that his wounds were almost completely healed. However, Lenka didn’t stop kissing you, your moan only driving him to kiss you harder, his lips moving on yours as he jerked his knee up, his knee brushing your inner thigh and successfully drawing another, a much louder keen from your lips, a sound which he greedily swallowed as you slid your other hand back up his chest.
Neither of you heard the General’s call of your names the first or second time, resulting in her yanking Lenka off of you by his collar. You leaned back against the wall, panting as a heavy flush covered your face while Lenka only exhaled, his breathing slightly labored while he looked over his shoulder about to ask the general why she did that when he saw her completely bewildered expression. Following her line of sight, he noticed that there was no wound on his abdomen, the skin had completely knitted back together and it was brand new, except for the relatively small scar.
“This is your ability....? Why didn’t you inform me earlier, (Last/name)?” Tsubaki inquired, making you force your legs to obey you and hold your weight as you answered her “I only found out a few days ago, Major. And..... I only want to use this on Lenka. He’s the only person I want to heal like this, I... I don’t want anyone else touching me like that, no one but him” Tsubaki’s eyes softened in understanding before she tossed Lenka to the other side of the lift, her voice full of warning “You should know the time and place for such activities, Utsugi. I’ll be taking my leave”
Lenka walked back to you once the tall woman was out of the lift, his eyes staring down at you as he asked “Are you sure you want to be mine (Name)? Think about it if you need to-” You shook your head, your voice soft “I want to be yours, there’s nothing to think about, I want to belong to you and hear you call me yours, I want you, Lenka. Only you” At that, the blue haired male stared at you with eyes widened from shock “Are you...... Me? You want me..... Only me....”
“Yes.... Only you. You’re the only one I need” From there on, no more words were necessary, a soft kiss being the only thing exchanged after, Lenka reassuring you of the same thing, you being the only one he wants and the only one he would love. You accepted his kiss in earnest, your hands placed against his chest to remind him that he shouldn’t get too close, your lips parting from his as you waved towards his buttons, mumbling “You should probably put those back in order before anyone gets the wrong idea”
Once you both made sure you looked presentable, you walked out of the lift together, your fingers intertwined as you realized you had both taken a step together and your journey would continue as you both took steps, together. Lenka held his head up high as he was now filled with a sense of pride; you, the strongest female god eater and the person he had been pining for since the day you met, were only interested in him from the beginning as well, wanting him.....
