winnie had been trying to get this guy’s attention for the last ten minutes. she’d lost him in the crowd about eight minutes ago, but was determined to find him -- his wallet had droped from his pocket, presumably without his noticing, and the redhead would die of guilt if she didn’t get it back to him. “excuse me!” she called out, finally reaching him. trying to keep the panting out of her voice, she smiled politely, holding the wallet out in her hand. “i think this is yours?”// @lennonjames

the entirety of her high school memories leading up to the memories of her kidnapping were all wrapped up into one person , and that was person was lennon . sweet , troubled , curly haired lennon . he was her boyfriend for almost two years , the first & only person she ever really loved . the blonde hasn’t seen him in person since before her kidnapping a couple years ago , which is one of the biggest reasons why it’s so hard for her to face him or even think about facing him . these are her frantic thoughts as she finds herself bumping into lennon at an industry party . she was here for work , it was a sunday night , and she was drinking champagne, it was nothing crazy, he was the last person she would’ve expected to see somewhere like this . but of course , she’d followed his music career , so it made sense for him to be mixed into the industry crowd considering his success . ‘ lennon , ’ her soft voice fills the space between them, earrings dangling down next to the tight lower bun she rocked a lot of the time lately, along with a figure hugging dress to make her look much more put together for the occasion . her bright brown hues are searching for his , hoping for an opportunity to make things right with him after all this time .

     letting himself into the apartment, elton moved to a crouched position for better access at untying the dr. martens he normally sported if he wasn’t in a pair of cleats. once he achieved the task, he slowly kicked them from his feet and set them aside away from the doorway before standing up straight once again and stepping inside. spotting lennon asleep on his own, elton let out a deep sigh, one of annoyance, for he did not plan on seeing him again. it always seemed elton was the one to find lennon, however, so maybe a friendship really was meant to be, no matter how much he teased the idea. the male stared for a few moments, contemplating how he would go about this, before pulling the hoodie up from over his head and carelessly tossing it to the ground while adjusting his plain white t-shirt. “ good morning angel ! “ elton exclaimed while simply collapsing on top of the sleeping lump, thin arms wrapping tight around him and hugging him close. @lennonjames​
