How does one grow to like Bolero? To me it initially felt repetitive and painful because of the anticipation (but it does sound gorgeous tbh)

Personally, I liked it from the first time I heard it, but now I know more about the orchestration and history behind it, I love it even more.

It's such a painful piece, but that's the whole joy of it for me.

I don't think I've seen that, but it sounds awesome - I'll add it to my list!

I do adore WSS - it was my first musical, and technically my introduction to Bernstein too, so I owe it a LOT.

If I had to pick a favourite SONG, it would probably be Maria! But favourite piece is hands-down Mambo (or actually Dance at the Gym slaps too...)
