@ihasafandom I hate this meme but wanted to answer your qu. +P and quadrants refer to operant conditioning theory which is a framework to understand learning and used widely by trainers of various animals. +P in this context means positive punishment (vs the other quadrants of negative punishment or positive/negative reinforcement).

heyyyy! thanks so much for this blog bb, you are a star <3 just wondering, do you accept submissions for stuff that needs, for example, a blender? like humous is really easy, you just chuck everything in there! i get that some ppl might not have one but most of the furnished flats i've lived in have had some kind of blender. (maybe could tag it so people know if they don't have it idk?) just wondering as i've seen a recipes with eg rice cookers and i don't have one of them, but i can blend! ;) x

if it's otherwise relatively simple, i'll probably post it! just keep in mind that these are the kinds of factors that are important

cost

number of ingredients

equipment used

time spent cooking

easy to reheat/eat leftovers

minimal cleanup

and, of course, we especially love recipes that cover all these bases and are still yummy / make food exciting!!!

hey, what do you mean by “mental age” here? sounds a bit infantilising and ableist (“she has the mind of a five-year-old” etc) but maybe you meant another meaning I’m not aware of (I’m TAB/neurotypical so call me out if I’m totally off the point here)

I am not speaking for Jasmine, though I heartily believe she did not have ableist intentions. I am taking it more in the sense of people just feeling a lot older than their peers because of an abundance of life experiences, as opposed to because of intelligence or whatever other factors would make this ableist.

Is that ok? Thanks for speaking up about us possibly being problematic. We want to make this a safe space for everyone.
