Being cooped up on the ship for so long was a nightmare to put it simply. Despite the fact that they had a lot of things to distract themselves with, nothing beat being able to run around on a new planet and explore which was exactly what Pidge was doing.
As soon as the ship landed on the new planet- one with vibrant green forests, clear blue skies and the birds singing in the air, something similar to that Earth planet they heard the others talk about- the Galra soldier shot outside before anybody else could stop them. Not that the Commander made any effort to stop them anyway.
It wasn’t long before they stumbled upon a curious sight; the Castle of Lions. Curiosity getting the better of them, Pidge approached the spaceship. It looked like nobody was around- Oh, nevermind. Another Galra? But the ship looked nothing like theirs!
“Hello?”
@leodeigne ♥’d for a zombie starter
The skies were grey the day the world fell. Fire, blood, and chaos rained over the world and right in the middle of it was Sergeant Takashi Shirogane, a marine who’d been only a day away from finishing his service. He’d got the call that morning and instantly it had all gone bad. He could still hear the screams of the innocent people being eaten alive; the people he couldn’t save. It haunted him like nothing else had before; followed him even in his waking hours. He was currently slouched on a roof, watching the goings on below. So far he’d managed to keep the small fenced-in house safe. However, Shiro never stopped watching for survivors. The guilt weighing on his chest for those he could not save. It was then that he met Keith, a lone survivor with a kerchief over his face and nothing but a dagger in his hand. He moved like a cat, fluid and graceful. He left a trail of bodies behind him in the street and Shiro stood on the roof, firing a shot from his sniper rifle, killing one of the infected so that the other would become aware of his presence and hopefully allow him to help. He needed this…he’d been alone to long. He just wanted to protect someone.
@leodeigne replied to your post : Like this for a zombie apocalypse starter! If...
I’d like to, though I won’t get to it until tomorrow
That’s fine! No rush!
@leodeigne
It had been a particularly tough mission, but, of course, the paladins and Voltron had come out on top, yet again. As Lance made his way out of the blue lion, tugging off his helmet as he left her in her bay, he couldn’t help but notice that Keith had been acting a bit... odd during the mission.
Well, odder than usual.
As he made his way down the hall to his room to change, he couldn’t help but debate on asking Keith what was wrong, but then again, he didn’t want the red paladin jumping down his throat about nothing being wrong and whatnot so... maybe he was just having an off day and needed rest?
Lance sure hoped that was the case, if he were being perfectly honest. He and Keith might not have been the best of friends, but, nonetheless, he still cared about the other and he was a paladin as well...
