lol. That’s so funny. I didn’t even think about that.

could changeling/leodra mc learn their race's language like elf mc can?
Originally I had had said probabluy not because there were any characters who could teach MC those languages, but I have solved that problem, so there's a good chance it will come up.
leodra are known for their "ethereal beauty" but leodra mc can still be ugly?
Well I mean not every member of a species is going to be a perfect exemplar of all the stereotypes. So just because Leodra are known for something doesn't mean every single one is going to be respresentative of that.
But also the attraction stat is in direct relation to Nytherian specific beauty standards, so a leodra MC could still be beautiful to anyone else, but just not in the eyes of the Nytherian court.
how would ros react to magic leodra mc causing accidental sorcery outburst?
Hmm. I'd like to preface with the fact that leodra MCs have pretty weak naturally sorcery (which is why leodra MCs still have to have the same magic training as other MCs), so even if she did have an accidental outburst it would be relatively minor.
Luk: would do his best to help MC calm down
Tzesar: would also want to help MC calm down, but would also try to subtly correct whatever problems MC's magic is causing.
Sentinel: would be too busy being confused why his aura of magic resistance didn't stop such a weak magic outburst to do anything helpful
The other three probably wouldn't notice the magic, but he would notice that MC is upset, and act accordingly
baby leodra mc being associated with black rose and then getting named rose. whoever named her was very original lol
Lol.
leodra can force themselves to walk but would someone like MC even know she can do that? shes been floating her entire life and has never been told/seen otherwise lol
Well, MC did know Violet when she was young, and Violet probably taught her how to do that, but I also think that learning how to walk like a human would be intuitive enough that MC could have figured it out on her own.
So I personally see MC as most of the time, but theoretically, it's very possible that she does spend the effort to walk on the ground. She just doesn't need to.
I know we haven't met all the RO yet, but I have a huge soft spot for the arranged marriage trope. As a Lukmancer, I can't tell you how fucking adorable it is for Luk to help or carry MC down from that tree. What a sweet way to start a childhood crush. Literally, Prince Charming saving his Prince(ss).
Aww. Hi Anon. I put both your asks together for ease of answering.
I know we haven't met all the RO yet, but I have a huge soft spot for the arranged marriage trope
Me too, Anon. It's one of my absolute favorite tropes, and I don't see it representated very often. Even before I ironed out the plot of Guardian of Time, I knew I wanted an arranged marriage because I love the trope so much.

I see this came across exactly as intended. It is an adorable start to their relationship.
I remember thinking that help was probably not strickly necessary and was like... I hope that's on purpose.
That was actually not on purpose. I can't believe I actually never thought about that. 🤦♀️I usually playtest as a leodra MC too, so I should have caught that.
But I do think that a leodra MC could still be afraid of heights, or not have used her wings enough to trust them to get her down safely. (Maybe I'll add a choice at some point for what leodra MC was thinking if she asked for help.)
Like, that sneaky little shit just totally manipulated that situation. Get it, girl.
That is a totally valid way to play your MC, and very funny. Thanks for sharing!
gotaa be really weird for the human ros having children with an elf/leodra mc. they are like atleast 50 when their child reaches adulthood with the slowed aging
I guess it could be, especially when they expereince it, but I don't think they would find it as weird as we would. The world is full of people with different lifespans, and intermarriage can change those lifespans. So I think it's conceptually quite normal for them even if it might be weird to be so much older than their child.
(Also, just a nitpic, there are a lot of humans in their 50s when their children reach adulthood.)
