Getting additional percussion on a track can add a new dimension to the sound. Bongo, conga, timpani, marimba, djembe; they give unique elements to the rhythmic end of a song and when done by the right player, they can move right up front. Here is an example of one such player. Mr. Leon Mobley has played with everyone from Mick Jager to Tom Morello, was a member of the Innocent Criminals, Ben Harper's band and currently works with Damien Marley.
