The big news in fashion is going to be the opening of “Vogue 100: A Century of Style” at the National Portrait Gallery. It will be the grand opening of British Vogue’s 100th anniversary celebrations. The magazine was founded by Mr Condé Nast when the American edition of the magazine was unable to cross the Atlantic due to the First World War. Despite Europe being plunged into war it seems the British couldn’t get enough of reading about fashion and high society and the magazine was a hit. The exhibition, which Leon Max is proud to sponsor, is set to be a heady mix of the brightest and best images from the past hundred years of this venerable title.
