Nidalee never called herself a guardian nor a protector of a forest. Survival of the fittest was indeed a law she lived and stuck by in every situation... except when humans were involved. Rushing to the sound of admittedly someone familiar, she ended up finding a certain chameleon trying her damnedest to blend into the ground she was being pushed down onto. The Leopard would leap from the brush, not taking lethal action and instead baring her fangs to the drunk desert explorer. Of course, he cared for his life more than he did some tail and ran off.

The Leopard then slowly stepped towards the sand mount in totally Neeko shape, and gave her cheek a gentle lick, changing to her human appearance a mere second after. “Is Neeko alright?”
