Ah man, going through the pictures of these characters, there I am thinking once more to revive this project. But alas, it probably is not going to happen?

So, this is Furugawa Minami. And she was always this big sister characters (as she is the big sister to a younger character on the team - probably gonna post him later). She was this very caring, but also a bit scared character, who was mostly worried about getting everyone home.

What I also remember... See, the entire conceit I had for Digimon Clash was, that the characters came from different parts of Japan, rather than all originating in the same specific city (let's face it: Tokyo). Minami and her brother were from Rumoi on Hokkaido.

Also, what I do remember: Leormon did NOT die.

Bio :Kiara is the bearer of the crest of courage and an aspiring boxer,her partner is Moto the Liollmon. Kiara has a very fiery and hot blooded personality and it can be quite infectious, she’s really good at motivating others and getting them fired up .she spends most of her time training with her partner . Her personality can sometimes cause her to butt heads with the other teams mates she generally gets along with them fine and they even look up too her . As the oldest of the team she kind of feels it’s her duty to look out for the younger members of the team , she cares about them dearly.She met her partner one on a jog finding Liollmon being ganged up on by some goburimon , feeling sorry for the monster Kiara sprung into action and fought them off . The pair have been inseparable ever since .

Moto is Kiara’s partner ,and he actually has a bit of an opposite personality , he’s actually quite shy and reserved lacking any real confidence . While he doesn’t think highly of himself he definitely does of his partner. He thinks she’s Amazingly cool and strong and wishes he could be more like her . While he is somewhat of a coward when it comes down to n it he will do what it takes for his loved ones .

I just found this picture again. Riza did it back in the day as a commission. It was a picture for the sequel to Digimon Alpha Generation. Characters from top to bottom: Ryou, Ruki, Takato, Steve, and Shoji. I am kinda looking forward to translating Battle Generation.

Translating Alpha Generation currently, I am really surprised that a lot of it still works. But I know that in Battle Generation I was working way heavier with themes and stylistic devices. And I loved the drama between those five characters here.
