I've been a fan of Le Petit Soufflé when they opened a branch in Megamall. My dessert staples have been Basque Burnt Cheesecake and Great Tea Cream Cheesecake but that fave list has now grown to include - Carrot Cream Cheesecake Calamansi and Parmesan Cake The LPS Workshop has outdone itself with a great offering of calamasi and parmesan in a moist vanilla sponge topped with semi-sweet icing. Goodness, it was just so perfect for summer with either coffee or iced tea on the side. I can't stop thinking how great the marriage of the sourness of the calamansi and sweetness of the cake and icing was in one bite!
