this is my current scene-in-progress for my other side AU concept and is absolutely not representative of the rest of it. “Concept” means it’s not a titled, chaptered, betaed fic on AO3 and that I’m just doing it for fun, though other side AU is going to be more or less finished rather than just stopping mid-sequence the way most of my concepts do.

favorite thing about them: SHES SO COOL shes unapologetically weird and rude and plainly unlikable to people if shes not interested in them but shes ultimately still a really sweet girl who cares so much.. I also REALLY liked her Mandalore arc!
least favorite thing about them: Her design used to be very manic pixie dreamgirl and I wish we could have seen more of her final haircut!

unpopular opinion: I didnt like her s3 & s4 haircut as much as the others! The colours were fine and it looked great in the concept art but it looked weird on her 3d model.. I think it would have been better if they really commited to the half-shave style

@leprecon98 Darth Maul is not a freaking mob boss. He played lackey to pretty much everyone and was obsessed with revenge. He’s not the kind of character who would be a mob boss. On top of that Maul being in Solo not only doesn’t make sense but it’s a forced cameo that’s banking on his popularity and nothing else.

Hey, first of all, I’m sorry I didn’t get around to replying to this. I replied to everyone else, so I should’ve been more attentive. (Also, is this how I can reply to you? Damn, I haven’t used this stuff in so long.)
I know exactly what you mean, actually. I myself scoffed at any anime that had fanservice in it. Then I watched a bit of Senran Kagura and realized that, even if I didn’t enjoy the proverbial book’s cover, there could still be certain pages to draw me in.
...Even then, it took me a while to get used to the fanservice in Strike Witches. By now I’ve managed to overcome that dissonance (and it helps that Road to Berlin has been pretty tame), but I totally understand if you can’t. My post was an attempt to tell others what I like about it, and a hope that maybe one or two would end up falling in love with it like I have.
