He pissed off the exorcist.
What’s so bad about that?
Well, not only can Kou see him, he can also touch him.
Hanako knew at this point that the blonde would never do anything to hurt him seriously, but the boy was pissed off enough that the ghost was worried that he may find himself wrong.
The brunette “walked” on eggshells around the school all day, trying hopelessly to avoid Kou.
Eventually, he was not so lucky. When he returned to his bathroom with Nene, a certain someone was already waiting for him.
Leaning against the window ledge, Kou smirked. “Well hello there, traitor.”
“I’m not a traitor! You didn’t even tell me how important-“
“You shush it! It doesn’t matter how important Mitsuba is. Why would you pour water on a guy who’s having a conversation with his good friend?”
“Heh. ‘Good friend’…”
“THAT’S IT!” The blonde charged at the ghost, who instantly brought his arms up in defense.
”No! Don’t touch me! No! NO-“
“Hanako?” The exorcist cocked his head before shaking it, “Dude, I’m not gonna hit you. I don’t wanna hurt you anymore.”
“Oh thank goodness, I was so worried that you were gonna hurt m-EHEHE.”
Two pairs of eyes fell onto the now wide-eyed bathroom ghost. They never expected the young ghost to laugh like that, let alone by the hands of Kou. The Minamoto boy smiled devilishly as he retracted his hands from the ghost’s hips.
“HAH! I knew it!” Kou chirped as he pushed Hanako to the ground and sat on his thighs. “I thought to myself, ‘damn, this guy is SO annoying. There must be something I can do to take him down!’
The ghost whined in anticipation as his hands shot up to grab the blonde’s wrists. “Kou, be smart about this! Remember what kind of power I have against you! You don’t wanna end up cursed until the end of tihihihime! Nohohoho!”
Using all of his strength, the blonde brought his hands down to prod around Hanako’s stomach. Instantly, the boy erupted into long-awaited giggles.
“Dude this is awesome! I thought to myself, ‘What can I do against the most annoying ghost I’ve ever met? What’s something that can take anyone down?’ And I was right. Haha! Round winner, Kou!”
“Kohohohou! Dohohohont tihihihcklehe mehehehe!” The ghost whined as he threw his hands over his face.
The exorcist took this opportunity to pinch at Hanako’s hipbones. The brunette squealed and jolted upward, trying vainly to grab at his tormentor’s hands. “GYAHHA! Kohohou! Sohohohomewhehehere ehehelse! Plehehehease!”
“Oh? Somewhere else? But this spot is so much fun!” The blonde teased with a menacing grin. “Are you sure?”
“Y-AGH! Yehehehes! Ihihihim suhuhuhure! Swihihitch bahahack!” The poor boy’s face was flushed in embarrassment as he realized Yashiro was still watching them. “Kohohohou!”
“Aww, alright! I’ll help you out, Buddy.”
The Minamoto hovered his wiggling fingers above every spot on the ghost’s torso, making the boy giggle helplessly in anticipation.
“Where’s it gonna be? Hmmm…”
“Kohohou! This isn’t what I meheheheant. Juhuhust- just pick something already!” The brunette hid his flushed face with a turn of his head, arms shooting forward once again to grab at his tormentor’s wrists.
Kou grabbed both wrists in one hand and held them above Hanako’s head. With a devilish smirk, he dug into the boy’s ribcage.
Hanako gasped deeply as his hips bucked involuntarily. “WAITWAITWAITWAHAHAHAIHIHIT NONONOHOHOHOHO! PIHIHICK SOHOHOMETHIHIHING EHEHELSE! HYAHAHA!”
“Oooh!! Score two! I hit the jackpot!!” The blonde chirped as he held on tighter, for the ghost was trying in vain to pull his arms free.
“KOHOHOU! IHIHIT TIHIHIHICKLEHEHES!”
“Well I would hope so! Or else this whole thing would’ve been for nothin’!” The exorcist sighed in delight, “You can stop this by apologizing!”
“OKAYOKAYOHOHOKAHAHAY! IHIHIM SOHOHOHORRY!”
“For?” Kou released his arms and dug in with both hands.
Upon hearing the word “stop”, the exorcist gently traced patterns on the ghost’s ribcage to get him down from the previous high. Hanako panted with his hands over his eyes, hiding his embarrassed face from the world.
“You- hah- are the worst!” The brunette spat.
“I sure am! But I bet you won’t pour water on me anymore when I’m talking to Mitsuba.” Kou chimed as he offered a hand for the ghost.
“I’ll do more than pour water on you- c’mere!”
And that kids, is how Hanako discovered that him and Kou shared a tickle spot. Except Kou was much more ticklish than him.

hi anon! so i’m assuming you meant headcanons for the pairing, right? if not, i do have hanako headcanons out and nene headcanons are either already out or will be soon. anyways, thank you for requesting and i hope you like these headcanons!
so between the two of them, hanako is usually the ler here and for the DUMBEST reasons. nene’s slacking off? tickles. she’s acting different? tickles. she’s looking way cuter than usual? tickles.
tickle fights are always going down. and they. are. serious. these two will NOT admit defeat even if they’re dizzy from laughter
hanako says that he tickles nene bc it’s fun (and while it’s mostly true) it’s also because he loves to see her to playful and happy and giggly??? and like?? UGHHH
hanako once pretended like he was gonna start a rumor that the mokie would tickle nene every time they saw her (he didn’t) but it was funny seeing nene squirm in anticipation. of course, when nene realized the truth, hanako had to take matters into his own hands and tickle her himself!
nene likes revenge LMFAO well, on hanako at least. after the first dozen attacks, she decided she wouldn’t stand for it anymore. thus making the tickle attacks against her more like tickle fights.
nene would be proud to say she’s won more than people would assume. hanako is very ticklish for a ghost.
sometimes when hanako is messing around too much, nene tickles him just to teach him a lesson. though, she doesn’t really mind.. she just wants an excuse to tickle him.
hanako is a little iffy about tickling when he’s the lee bc of reputation or whatever but he actually finds that he really likes it when it’s nene tickling him. nene knows that, so she tries to tease him every second she gets whether it’s verbal or just little pokes to the side to make him jump LMFAO
