So this fic I actually made a long time ago that my friends really liked so Its finally time I post it!! I hope you enjoy :))

Relaxing After Practice (RuiNene)

Summary: Rui and Nene return home after a long day of rehearsals and Rui notices that Nene might be a little sensitive...

It was a very warm day at the wonder stage and the group was preparing for performance they had the next day. Tsukasa and Emu played the role of evil bad guys, while Rui played the role of a hero rescuing princess Nene

“Get back hero! You won’t be able to get the princess back!” Tsukasa shouted with Emu following his lead

“WAHAHA! That’s right hero!~ you don’t stand a chance!~” Emu had shouted out with her sword held high into the air

“Thank you all, that was great you guys~” Rui clapped his hands as Nene followed behind him

“It’s pretty rare that the star of the show is an evil villain, but I think I got the act down pretty well!” Tsukasa said, proudly raising his fist to his chest

“Is that all for today? It’s getting late, and we should get some rest for the big show” Rui asked the troupe leader. Before Tsukasa could answer Rui, Nene spoke up and approached the group from behind Rui

“Could we practice that one part… where Rui picks me up over the wall?” Nene asks as Rui turns to her

“I don’t see why not… we can stay here and practice a little more~” Rui kissed Nene's forehead as he looks up at Tsukasa and Emu

“You guys can head home okay?” Rui said with his sly tone. Both Emu and Tsukasa agreed and waved goodbye before walking out of the stage as the sun was already setting

“Don’t stay up too late! Make sure you guys get rest as well!” Tsukasa looked back and shouted at the 2 of them as he waved goodbye with the pink bundle of energy next to him. Rui turned back at Nene was who looking at the ground fiddling with her thumbs

“Is something wrong? Normally you wouldn’t wanna stay longer” Rui crouched down to his knees to look at Nenes eyes. “At this time normally you’d run home and force me to play some kind of game with you am I wrong?~” Nene looked up and smiled

“Yea… everything is okay… I just- wanna try that part again if that’s okay…” Nene said sheepishly as Rui stood up and kissed the top of her head which made the green haired nerd blush.

“Of course it is sweetie~” They both stood up and took their positions. Rui, the hero in the play, had to lift up Nene, who was playing the princess, so that she could climb onto the top of a wall so that she could be safe from the villains below

“Ready?” Rui said as Nene nodded her head with a small smile on her face. Rui ran up to Nene and grabbed her right on her sides, which made her body jolt as a giggle escaped her mouth. The sensitive green princess couldn’t grab the wall because her hands were clamped down on top of Rui's

“You alright?” Rui said turning to Nene with a concerned look on his face

“Y-yeahehe! One more time…” Nene knew why she was giggling so much. She wanted to perfect this singular moment since it’s an important scene but it seemed because of how sensitive her body is, it’s holding her back

“Alright~ one more try then me and you are going home fufu~” Nene groaned and blushed at the tease before she got into position

“Action!” Rui said as he ran up to the princess and grabbed her. Nene felt a shock on her stomach and giggled as she just barely grabbed onto the wall

“Great job Nene!~” Rui grinned up at Nene before he grabbed her hand to help her get down the wall, as the hero kissed the top of her hand Nene ran into his arms

“Thanks for helping… my hero…” Nene said in ruis type of teasy tone that would drive him insane, the hero tried his best to look into his princesses eyes without being caught too badly into her gaze

“Your welcome my princess~” Both of them changed back into their casual clothes and started to walk home as the sun set across the horizon

“Such a pretty scene…” Nene looked up smiling as Rui followed her lead.

“Not as pretty as you~” Rui cooed into her ear.

They were perfect for eachother. Nene knew she had romantic feelings for Rui but was too scared to say anything. Rui was also hiding his feelings behind his sly grin but ended up falling harder for her. When they finally returned home they both layed down in Ruis bed with Nene’s head on his chest. Rui wrapped the blanket around them and gently massaged his princesses head.

“Tired?~” Rui said looking down at Nene with his grin. Nene shook her head up and down and clung to Ruis shirt.

“Sorry for messing up so much…” Nene said looking down. Rui gently took her chin and tilted her head up so she would look at him

“You know if you have to tell me anything you can right?~ I’m right here~” Rui sat up as he layed Nene across his lap.

“It’s just…! It’s embarrassing to say…” Nene tried to find the courage to tell Rui but the look in his eyes told her that he knew why

“I know~” Nene found Ruis hands gliding and slipping under her shirt as he started taping on her bare stomach

“R-Rui?!-“ Nene started giggling as she felt Ruis hand glide around her exposed stomach. Rui grinned at the poor girl and started to draw circles around her belly button

“My princess seems to be a little… ticklish~” Rui whispered that last word in her ear as he began to use his nails to lightly tickle the soft skin

“Ruiiihehehehe!” Nene squirmed and wiggled trying to free herself but Rui had one of his legs keeping Nene in his lap as he dragged and spidered his fingers all across Nenes stomach

“Coochie coochie cooo~” Rui whispered into her ear as he continue to delicately wiggle his fingertips right over her tummy

“Pleasehehehehehe ruiiihehehehe!” Nene tried slipping away, huge mistake. Rui turned over and sat on her hips as he pinned her hands above her head with one of his hands. Nene tried desperately to squirm but couldn’t contain her giggles as she knew what was gonna happen next

“Such a cute little princess~” Rui moved his wiggling fingers to her underarms making sure his touch was gentle yet affective.

“RUIHEHEHEHEHE P-PLEASEHEHEHE!” Nene kicked her legs and swung her hips trying to shake Rui off

“Oh?~ your pleading with me for more tickles?~ be my guest~” Nene realized what she had said and turned beat red in the face. Rui tickled all over her body and landed at her hips. Nene tried to free herself from the princes grasp as she couldn’t stop giggling from the ticklish sensation.

Rui squeezed and tickled all around her hips, gently whispering all the tickle teases that make her turn red in the face

“Tickle tickle tickleee!~ coochie coochie coo~” Rui teased into her ears as he placed ticklish kisses all across her tummy while spidering her sides

“M-MERCYHEHEHEHEHE!” Rui saw his princesses face and knew it was time for a break. He moved her head onto his chest and pulled the blanket over the both of them

“Hehe~ was that good endurance training?~” Nene thought about it for a moment and hesitantly agreed and shook her head before yawning and shutting her eyes. Rui kissed her forehead and whispered into her eat

“Goodnight my princess~ I’ll see you in the morning~” Rui massaged her head to make sure she was asleep before yawning himself, slowly shutting his eyes and drifting off to sleep.

The text she received from her boyfriend was not exactly uncommon. Rui was unpredictable at the best of times and Nene was grateful that the only real shock was his company. Comparatively, it was at least expectable. 

There were, however, pros and cons of living so close together though, she had hardly had time to quickly tie her hair up and make it to the living room before Rui was walking into it, looking more than a bit disheveled. His eyes were visibly more tired, complete with heavy bags under them and a forced relaxed expression. 

She raised her eyebrow. “Rui, when was the last time you slept?” 

“Oh, my dear it is truly so good to see you too!” He smiled sarcastically. 

His girlfriend was not impressed. “I’m happy to see you too, but you know what I meant.  Seriously, what’s going on? You look like a mess.” 

“Am I at least a handsome mess?” 

She glared at him and sat on the couch. Rui could feel her scathing stare from across the room. 

"Rui come here." She motioned to the couch, exasperated. 

"What is 'here' exactly?" He scrunched his eyebrows in faux confusion. "I mean I am here with you in that we're in the same room. I don't understand what else you're asking of me." 

Deflection. Nene naturally noticed immediately. Why couldn't he just let himself be taken care of?! "Rui Kamishiro, I swear to whatever is out there if you don't sit on this couch right now-!" 

"Okay, okay!" He held up his hands in surrender. "You don't need to be so demanding." 

Nene felt slightly guilty at her tone only until Rui swung a leg over and perched himself atop the back of the couch, feet on the cushions and a smug expression on his face. 

Without another word, she yanked on his leg, causing him to lose balance and fall right on top of her. The couple was a tangle of limbs and frustration, both moving to adjust to something even marginally more comfortable. 

After a few moments of wiggling and turning, they eventually settled with Nene laying nestled into the couch, her back to the back and her head on the armrest with Rui facing her chest in his arms. 

"If you're not going to tell me what's wrong, at least let me hold you for a little bit." She rubbed her back in a way she hoped was soothing whatever turmoil was in his head.

"Nothing is wrong!" 

"Wanna try that again?" She asked sternly. 

A look. Something on his face was mischievous and maybe a little... Eager? Anything was an improvement from before she supposed but it was definitely an unexpected change. 

“Not particularly, but thank you for asking.” And with a cheshire smile, he dug his hands into her ribs, right in front of him. He squeezed at random, leaving her guessing. 

To Rui’s delight, Nene instantly screamed. “You never were a giggler were you, sweetie?” He caught himself smiling right along with her. 

She shouted his name through her squeals and what might have been pleas. “Let me help you- you- you immature, stubborn-!” 

“Loving, kind, beautiful, intelligent man that you happen to find yourself in love with?” He suggested, earnestly unhelpful. After a moment though, he withdrew his hands. 

“Darling, I know I can be… difficult when it comes to receiving comfort, but I assure you all I need right now is your company. A distraction, I think, is best. You’re helping just by allowing me into your home and presence” His hesitation and rare lack of that infuriatingly endearing smirk made his claim substantially more believable. She knew him well enough to see the sincerity in his words. Sometimes stress and exhaustion was simply that. The best thing she could do for him was take his mind off of it. 

“And tickling me… helps you?” She tilted her head at him. 

He at the very least had the decency to make himself appear apologetic. “It’s more being playful and having fun with you. I just love to see you smile.” 

An idea burst into her head. What he needed was smiles and distraction, and what she needed was a happy boyfriend and maybe a bit of revenge. Two birds, one stone. 

Hesitantly, she started to poke at his sides with an impertinent air. “What if I did this, huh? Would you like it? Is this your idea of fun? This is what you did to me!” 

His cheeks immediately puffed up and eyes squeezed shut with repressed giggles and no response. 

“What’s that? Did you hear me?” Each poke was now accompanied by a little wiggle or scratch. He wasn’t pushing her away. A telltale sign. “I asked if you liked this! Are you too tired to talk? Tell me or I’ll stop!

What came out of his mouth was less words, more high pitched squeaking. 

“Your face is all red! Do you have a fever? I can’t understand what you mean by-” She did a poor but teasing impression of his squeaking. 

Just as Rui was about to attempt to compose himself, she blew a raspberry right into the crook of his neck. The floodgates burst open as he broke into real laughter. “Neh-ne! Hehe! I’m so-sorr-” 

“Oh you’re sorry now? You weren’t sorry when you did this.” She, much in the way he’d done to her sides, dug her fingers into his underarms. “To me.” 

Yet another similarity to their previous roles, Rui screeched and continued to plead. “I see the error of my ways! I’ve suffered enough!” 

“Suffering? You seem much happier than before, at the very least more relaxed.” She pulled her hands entirely away, relishing his immediate change from giddy desperation to disappointed pouting. “But maybe I’m wrong. Maybe we should just sit here and do nothing.” 

Almost as if instinctually, Rui grabbed her wrists and pulled them closer to his body, his eyes exposing what would be a novel’s worth of begging for her to continue.

Nene simply responded by holding his hands. “This is nice, isn’t it?” She smiled knowingly. 

His pout intensified, even as his girlfriend reassuringly squeezed his hands.

“Y’know, looking at me like that isn’t going to do anything for you.” She mindlessly ran her thumb over the back of his lithe hands, continuing even after he let go of one, resting his own around her waist. 

Wordlessly, Rui reached his newly freed hand between them to poke at her stomach.

She squawked at the surprise before managing to pull herself away, burrowing herself backwards, further into the couch, halfheartedly glaring at Rui, who was looking far too pleased with himself. 

“You know, dear, looking at me like that isn’t going to do anything for you.” He repeated her own words back to her face, with a suddenly chipper demeanor, almost as if out of nowhere.He continued to poke sporadically, trapping her further and further into the plush folds of the couch. “What are you going to do about it?” 

Nene was stuck in between a rock and a hard place, or, more accurately, a cushion and a couch. On one hand, she could give Rui the satisfaction of letting herself be goaded into tickling him. The other option involved her getting tickled to death or suffocated in a couch. Death might be preferable if she really thought about her wisenheimer boyfriend in a self superior mood for too long. 

Luckily for them both, the assault on her belly didn’t leave much room for thought, only action. In a bout of strength that would have shocked them both had Rui actually been trying to fight her, she pushed at the hands long enough to wedge her body from her plush prison and straddle Rui’s waist. Nene looked dangerously down at him, all while he continued to prod, keeping her in a constant state of jolting and squealing. 

Exactly as she predicted, his face was radiating with the joy of his achievement. She rolled her eyes at him. “You’re nahat subtle- hehe-!” 

“Subtlety can be forgone in cases in which the alternative is still effective, no?” 

“Whaht are you even saying?” Nene laughed through her words, both from the tickling and fondness for the man under her. 

But just as he started to explain, she decided she didn’t particularly want to hear it (and maybe wanted to rush in) and rapidly squeezed his hips, rendering him unable to speak through waves and waves of laughter. 

Still not forgetting the original reason behind his visit, however, she asked, “How’s this for a distraction? Happy?”

“HAHAHA-ha-happyHEHE!” He agreed, the cackling around it speaking volumes more than the answer itself. 

She smiled to herself . Whatever made him happy.

Fun fact: This was actually my SECOND piece with the prompts, I have a half baked Polyshow one that I got such bad writers block on that I started over with a totally new idea. I'll tag you, marloloweler, if it ever sees the light of day. Apologies if this is a little rusty, it's been a sec.

I know I'm late I’m so so sorry, I couldn't finish it before your bday bc I got sick and I was high on NyQuil, and then I wanted to change like everything that I wrote, but here we are!!

ALSO I LITERALLY could not decide between MizuKana or RuiNene. I went with RuiNene (you may recognize this draft. Or you may not) and this is so sappy and cringe, they're troubled middle schoolers here what can I say 😭 Hope you like your awfully belated gift!! (I have the MizuKana one in my drafts, might post it later)

Nene stared at the side of Rui’s head, listening to his fingers tap on the green wooden table. The smell of ash seared her nostrils from the kitchen adjacent. Slowly, he turned to face her with a sideways expression.

“Sorry, Nene.” He pulled his fingers through matted purple hair, snagging on tangles. A smile crept guiltily onto his face. “I think I burned the rice.”

Nene just sighed and pushed her laptop out of the way. “It’s okay, Rui.” She really shouldn’t have trusted him with such a complicated meal. Especially after seeing his attempts to modify the rice cooker.

“Ah, at least we still have lots of soda candy!” He threw a handful at her as if they were rose petals.

Nene managed to catch one, which was impressive enough. “We must be doomed to never eat healthy.” Fidgeting with the wrapper, she freed the candy and touched it to her tongue, letting it fizz on her taste buds.

Rui laughed, rather pathetically, and his eyes trailed down to his lap. Nene glanced at him, then down at her homework, worrying her lip.

Rui was… well, Rui was as usual, these days. He used to be the only person Nene could talk to comfortably, now the air was cold and heavy, even with him.

She knew Rui had a hard time feeling normal. Even now, in middle school, his classmates still thought he was eccentric, dangerous even, and it was getting to him. Nene could feel he was slowly fading. Or maybe it was she who was drifting away.

Either way, what they were had changed since she joined her troupe, and she was lost on how to help him.

Nene stood to throw the candy wrapper away, passing behind Rui’s chair. She’d never been so conscious of the space around her in his house; it had always felt like an extension of her home.

The tension must have affected Rui too, as he fussed with the strands of hair that had escaped his short half-up ponytail. He pushed them behind his ear, only for them to fall into his eyes again. After watching him struggle for a few beats, Nene huffed and pulled his hand away.

“You’re getting it messy.” Combing through knots that had coiled around the hair tie, Nene gently loosened his ponytail. She put the tie around her fingers and started to gather his hair in the back.

Rui stilled at her touch, and his hands settled in his lap. “Thanks, Nene.” His leg bounced against the weirdly colored tiles that Nene had always made fun of.

You should take better care of your hair. The remark stuck on her tongue. Of course. I care about you. Nene’s mouth felt dry. All she could manage was a weak hum.

The silence dragged on. Nene began to question what she was even doing, clammy hands only mussing up Rui’s hair more.

As she pulled some of the wispy hairs on his nape into the bundle, Nene’s nails skated across his neck unintentionally. A yip and a shiver from Rui alerted her.

“Sorry, did I scratch you?” Nene shifted to look at Rui’s face. His eyes were squeezed shut and his mouth crooked. When Nene dragged a finger over his ear to tuck a hair behind it, he made the same squeaky noise.

As though a door had opened and a fresh breeze swept into the room, a smile pulled at Nene’s lips. “Aw, you’re still ticklish?”

Rui’s eyes popped open with a look of mild fear. “Uh… no?” he said, like a liar.

“Uh huh. Sure.” Nene flicked her nails up and down his neck. Rui jolted like he’d been shocked.

“EEHehey! Neneheaha!” he shrieked. He hiked his shoulder up to his cheek and tried to reach for Nene’s quick fingers.

Nene chuckled by his ear; Rui’s real laugh was far more boyish than his personality would make it seem. “I forgot how much you sound like a fox.” She wormed her fingers under the collar of his shirt, making him yip again and proving her point.

“I dohohon’t! Ahaha Neneehee! Nahat the eheahahears!” He shook his head, melting against the back of the chair.

Nene sighed fondly. “I’m just talking, Rui,” she breathed while she leaned in closer to his ear, now red and warm. “Your ears are too sensitive.” He wailed and rubbed his ear on his shoulder.

Nene’s hands scaled down his spine and crawled between his shoulder blades. Rui barked and jumped, scrabbling for her assailing digits and pleading for a timeout. Nene ceased only when he threw his head back over the top of the chair, and she was exposed to the full display of his broad smile and rosy cheeks.

Becoming aware of the smile that had grown on her own face, Nene quickly wiped it away.

Once Nene unhanded him, Rui slouched forward until his head landed on the desk. “Ha… Nene, you’re crueler than you look.”

“Sorry.” She rested her hands on the back of Rui’s chair. “I guess I just haven’t heard you laugh in a while… I missed it. A little.”

Rui hummed, surprised, and Nene felt her face grow warm. “Is that so?” He sat up and turned around to grin at her. “Hehe, the same goes for you!”

“Huh?” Nene tilted her head.

Rui wiggled his fingers, so childish but somehow… “I haven’t heard you laugh in quite some time either.” Rui dug into her sides, squeezing and squishing. Electricity that fizzed from his rough fingers like soda candy shocked a squeak out of Nene. She curled into herself and dissolved into bubbling giggles.

“N-Nohoho! Ruhuhihihi!” Nene lightly gripped Rui’s wrists, trying to squirrel away from the hands scribbling up her sides. A fuzzy feeling flooded her nerves as she squealed and laughed more heartily than she had in a long time.

“There it is, the laugh of a little mermaid.” A cat-like smirk lifted Rui’s face. “Are you still ticklish here, Nene? Here too? Oh wow, I’m barely moving my fingers and you’re laughing!”

“AHAhaha! Ruhuhihi you suhuhahahuck!” Nene shoved at his face and kicked at his knees. She managed to hit him once, and he winced as though really in pain.

“Ow ow ow, that hurt!” He pouted ridiculously. “You’re such a meanie, Nene.” Evilly, he kneaded his fingers into her ribs, and Nene squalled and tightened her grip on his wrists.

Her face was warm with joy, and her ribs were starting to hurt from her laughter. “You’rehahaha the mehehehean one! PffftaHA hypocrihite!” Her knees buckled and she fell to the ground, finally escaping Rui’s evil fingers.

Heaving in air, Nene clutched at her ribs. Rui laughed at her from above.

“You’re winded already?” Rui smiled. Nene whacked at his leg.

“You’re, hah, no athlete either.” As she shifted to glare up at him, she found Rui kneeling in front of her, wearing a candid smile and a glimmer in his canary-yellow eyes that spoke of nostalgia.

“Nene,” called Rui, suddenly solemn. “Did I tell you how happy I was for you when you joined that theatre troupe?” He glanced down and bumped their knees together. “You made your dream come true.”

Nene inhaled. She counted the clover patches on her cardigan sleeve and picked at a loose thread. Breathing out, she faced Rui directly. “It’s thanks to you. If… If I hadn’t met you, I wouldn’t have fallen in love with theatre.” I’m sorry I left you alone. Rui looked up at her. Nene found herself staring into the same eyes she’d known since childhood. “It’s our dream.” You’re not alone.

Then their eyes broke apart. Eye contact was too much for either of them.

Rui laughed. “Well, when you put it like that...” He brushed back his loose hair, which Nene realized she had forgotten to fix.

She giggled. “Your hair. You need to cut it.” She reached for a lock and tucked it behind his ear. Instantly, Rui stiffened then melted into the ground, squeaking and giggling at the simple touch.

“Neneheheehee! You’re beheing a buhuhully ahahagainaha!”

“I’m not even doing anything,” she said, fluttering her nails against the shell of his ear.

As she laughed in tune with Rui’s cadence, Nene forgot to worry about how small the space they shared was. All she cared about was this pocket of time that belonged only to them.

“Tsun tsun~”

“E-emu?! Whahat are you doing?!” Nene fought off so hard the wobbly smile that started gracing her lips with each poke that Emu landed on her torso.

“Well… you looked a bit gloomy, so I thought I’d cheer you up!~” Emu flashed one of her classic, blinding smiles as he poked both of Nene’s sides simultaneously.

“EEP!” the greennette jumped, letting out an uncharacteristic squeak. It was true she wasn’t feeling her best today, perhaps some Emu-style cheerup could do her good. “Okahay! Just be sohoft…” Nene spoke shyly, her gaze drifting anywhere else that wasn’t Emu’s face and her cheeks turning a lovely tomato red.

“Okay!” with that, Emu switched tactics and started to gently trace her fingertips over the sides of Nene’s body, causing the songstress to instantly lean into the touch. Whether it was voluntary or not, who knows, but this was more than perfect to Nene. Gentle enough to keep a happy smile on her face, while not being overwhelmed by touch. And to have a partner to respect these boundaries made it all the better.

“Is that better?”

“Mhm… muhuch betteheher…” Nene would let out quiet, little giggles with each soft caress. At seeing her so relaxed and comfortable, Emu couldn’t help but feel warm in her chest. Making her friends happy always made her happy, but seeing someone as Nene being so… comfortable with her, was a special feeling of it’s own.

so between the two of them, hanako is usually the ler here and for the DUMBEST reasons. nene’s slacking off? tickles. she’s acting different? tickles. she’s looking way cuter than usual? tickles.

tickle fights are always going down. and they. are. serious. these two will NOT admit defeat even if they’re dizzy from laughter

hanako says that he tickles nene bc it’s fun (and while it’s mostly true) it’s also because he loves to see her to playful and happy and giggly??? and like?? UGHHH

hanako once pretended like he was gonna start a rumor that the mokie would tickle nene every time they saw her (he didn’t) but it was funny seeing nene squirm in anticipation. of course, when nene realized the truth, hanako had to take matters into his own hands and tickle her himself!

nene likes revenge LMFAO well, on hanako at least. after the first dozen attacks, she decided she wouldn’t stand for it anymore. thus making the tickle attacks against her more like tickle fights.

nene would be proud to say she’s won more than people would assume. hanako is very ticklish for a ghost.

sometimes when hanako is messing around too much, nene tickles him just to teach him a lesson. though, she doesn’t really mind.. she just wants an excuse to tickle him.

hanako is a little iffy about tickling when he’s the lee bc of reputation or whatever but he actually finds that he really likes it when it’s nene tickling him. nene knows that, so she tries to tease him every second she gets whether it’s verbal or just little pokes to the side to make him jump LMFAO

Summary: After his girlfriend's cruel and unusual methods of torture (read: ignoring him), Tsukasa has no choice but to win back her attention. There's no way this could possibly backfire.

"Neneeeee," Tsukasa called, barging into Nene's room. The aforementioned girl sat at her PC, headphones over both ears and some shooter game Tsukasa didn't recognize flashing away on the monitor in front of her. "I'm booooooooored-" 

Nene gave no indication that she had even heard him as she continued to vigorously click away at her game. Maybe she just had her volume up too high to notice? Tsukasa, however, used to this behavior, had a sneaking suspicion that that wasn't right. She was probably just plain ignoring him. Maybe he needed a different tone.

"My looove? Sunshine?" He walked up right next to the desk and struck his most dramatic and romantic pose right next to her, raising his already blaring voice to twice its normal level. She was sure to see him now. He was a world future star after all! He could easily shine brighter than some measly screens. "Dearest? Light of my life?" 

Still, he received not even a nod or hum of acknowledgement. She remained as still as ever, still blatantly disregarding her boyfriend.

Tsukasa pouted at his girlfriend's cruel betrayal. How could she not want to pay attention to him? He had wanted nothing more than to hug and spoil her with affection (and maybe receive some himself if he was being honest) after a long day of not giving her his love and this is what he gets instead. That wouldn't do at all, it was downright criminal. He had to win back her heart one way or another. 

If she wouldn't give him her notice, he would just have to take it himself. 

He was left with no choice but to pull back her chair, ignore her frustrated grumbles of protest, and seat himself right on her lap, leaning forward to plant a kiss right onto her cheek. That would show her where her attention should lie right now. 

To his dismay, she only huffed, moved her chair forward, and continued to play her game. Still no acknowledgement for the boy. 

That was the final straw. It was time for extreme measures. He began to place gentle kisses all over Nene’s ticklish neck, causing the girl to immediately burst into squeaking giggles.

“Hehe! Quit it!” Nene muffled her happy giggles with her hand, not wanting to give her boyfriend the satisfaction of her reaction. She, at long last, paused her game in a weak effort to free her hands and push Tsukasa's head away with the one hand she had free.

Tsukasa paid no mind to her words, if she could ignore him, he could ignore her just as easily! Besides, he knew she didn’t really mean it. If she actually wanted him to stop she’d put up a much harder fight.

Nene was trapped in her chair, Tsukasa's weight keeping her down. She had nowhere to hide as he moved from kisses to a combination of kisses and quick raspberries, causing her giggles to become more high pitched with every cruel touch of her boyfriend’s lips. 

“Tsukahahahsa!” 

Tsukasa paused his attack, pulling his head back to look his girlfriend in her deep violet eyes, gently cupping her flushed face in his hands. “Oh Nene, my love, it's been far too long since I last heard your dulcet tone. Oh how I've longed for your company. My name upon your lips is a sound so beautiful tha- HEHEHE!” 

Nene used his distraction against him, interrupting his monologue to sneak her own hands to the back of his ribs, scribbling away at the sensitive bones. “You talk too much.” She pretended to be annoyed at his antics but they both knew, in reality, she adored the kind words. 

Not as much, however, as she adored his laughter and the sweet taste of revenge. “AHAHA! WAHAIT! THIHIS WASN’T HOW THIHIS WAS SUPPOSED TO GOHO!” Tsukasa protested. He squirmed in her arms but she held him tight, holding him in place.

“Don't act like you don't love it.” Nene said monotone as ever. “Consider this your punishment for distracting me. Though it's probably not all that much of a punishment, huh?” 

Tsukasa went red. It was at that point he realized there was only one way out of this. Nene was a merciless tickler who knew all of his worst spots. If he let her go on any longer, he didn't even want to imagine the state he'd be in by the end. It was a desperate move but he was helpless to do anything else. He mustered up all the breath he could through his fit of laughter and blew the biggest raspberry right where Nene's neck met her shoulder. At the same time, his hands slipped under her arms and began to scribble quickly, but still gently, knowing that's what got to her the most. 

As was made glaringly obvious immediately after though, his brilliant plan was not as brilliant as he had originally thought. While the sudden tickles did make Nene burst, again, into laughter, they did not weaken her enough for her to stop tickling him. She faltered for only a moment before falling into a vengeful fervor, her assault on his ribs multiplying tenfold. “Yohou thihink yohou’re sooo smahrt, huh?” With the dexterity she’d spent her whole life developing through video games, she prodded, wiggled, and dug her fingers deep into the bones as she spoke through her laughter. “Pft- haha! Wehehll fohor someone so smarhart, yohou sehem to be a little dehensless right now!”

“THEHE GREHEAT TSUKAHASA TEHENMA IHIS NEHEVER DEFENSELESS!” He protested, trying his best to keep up his own attack. She moved her hands to the very top of his ribs, where they met his underarms and massaged her wiggling fingers firmly into the area, sending Tsukasa into utter hysterics. His arms stopped working beyond the ability to wrap around Nene and hold her tightly for support and his mouth halted its raspberries to bury his burning face in her neck . “NAHAHHAHA WAHAIT! NAHAT THERE! PLHEHEASE! IHIM SAHAHRY-” 

“That depends. Are you going to apologize for interrupting my game?” Nene said with a smirk. 

“YEAHAHAHAH! YEHEHES! I WIHILL! I’M SAHARHEY-!” 

The tickling steadily came to a close as Nene held the weak and giggly actor in her lap. She kissed his cheek with a satisfied glint in her eyes and teased fondly. “The great Tsukasa Tenma, defenseless only to tickles.” 

“Hehehe- Not true.” Tsukasa giggled, panting to catch his breath. “Dehehefenseless only to hihis lovelehey girlfriend-” 

“Oh shut up.” Nene’s harsh words were a stark contrast to the blush reappearing on her cheeks and the shy smile on her face. 

“Onlehey whehen it stohops making you bluhush like that.~” He poked her pink cheek, emphasizing his point. 

“You’re one to talk about blushing. Your face almost matches the tips of your hair.” She ran a comforting hand through the mostly blond mop leaning on her shoulder. “Did you get the attention you wanted?” 

“Hehe, could use aha lihittle more-” He gave a goading squeeze to her side, just to see her reaction.

Nene squeaked and jumped a little in her seat, before saying with an abrupt tone, “I promise you do not want to start that again.” 

“Yeah, you're rihight. Maybehe later though.” He pulled her somehow closer and began to settle into a comfortable position. “Rihight now, all I want is this.”

That sat in comfortable silence for a moment before Nene spoke up softly. “Hey, Tsukasa?” 

“Yhes, Nene?”

“...I’m glad you interrupted my game”

“Awww, you love me~”

“Yeah… I do”

It was one of those days where all they wanted to do was cuddle in each others' presence. Although when there's four of you it might be a bit more difficult... They were all situated on the couch, Tsukasa and Rui were sandwitched in the middle with Emu snuggled up against Tsukasa's side and Nene on Rui's side.

"Emu, you're suffocating me!" complained the blonde as he tried scooting away from her (well... in the bit of room he had to move in) but Emu would just cling onto him again. In the process, he ended up getting a bit too close to Rui's side.

"T-Tsukasa, behe cahareful!" giggled out the purple haired male as he felt his boyfriend's hand against his side.

"Someone a bit ticklish~?" Nene teased as she playfully poked his neck, causing him to squeal.

"Nene plehease!" Rui whined out cutely, his cheeks already getting flushed.

"Emu won't stop clinging onto me!" the blonde cried out.

"Wahaha! You can't escape me~" Emu teased as she wrapped her arms around Tsukasa's sides.

"Ahh-! Ehehemu, stahap that!" Tsukasa snickered as he tried removing Emu's hands from his sensitive sides, but she was just so stubborn.

"Aww, is Tsukasa ticklish~?" she giggled as he rubbed her hands up and down his sides.

"You ahalready knohohow thahat!" Tsukasa kept on giggling hysterically. He decided to fight back and squeezed at her hips.

"EEP!" Emu squeaked out of surprise while still trying to tickle her boyfriend.

"Lohooks like the princess is also tihihicklish!" he did his best to tease her through his giggle fit.

"Oh nohoho! My weheakness has been fohound!" she retreated over to Nene's side. "Nehene save mehehe!" she giggled out as she hugged Nene from behind.

"Dohon't use me as a shihield!" Nene chocked on a laugh as she felt Emu's small fingers softly digging into her ribs.

"Now who's the ticklish one~?" teased Rui as he softly scribbled the back of her neck.

"S-shut uhuHUp!" Nene scrunched up like a turtle, all while sneakily squeezing Rui's side.

"GAH-!" he was caught by surprise and fell back onto Tsukasa's lap.

"What's this?! A ticklish cutie has fallen onto my lap!" Tsukasa teased as he softly scratched behind Rui's ears, earning those cute 'lil giggles he enjoyed so much.

"Eek! Ehehehehe! T-Tsukasahahaha!" Rui whined out as he covered his flushed face behind his hands.

"That's my name!" Tsukasa chuckled along as he oh so gently tickled under his arms, causing them to come crashing down.

"AH! NAHAT THEHEHERE!" Rui squealed in laughter, opting to cover his flushed face against Tsukasa's tummy.

"Pfft-! R-Ruhuhui! Thahat tickles!" Tsukasa stopped tickling him as he tried pushing his face away.

Rui smirked as he lifted up Tsukasa's shirt and placed a gentle kiss on his bare tummy.

"EEP! Rui nahat thehe kisses!" the world future star whined out as his face errupted like a tomato.

"Yehes the kisses~" Rui teased against his tummy before placing an onslaught of tickly kisses all over it, wrapping his arms around his waist to prevent him from squirming away.

"GYAH! Ahahahahaha!!" Tsukasa threw his head back as he kicked his legs out all cutely. "N-nehene sahahave mehehe!".

"Ugh fine, but only 'cause you're so loud~" she teased as she grabbed Rui's foot and playfully tickled all over his socked sole. "Tickle tickle~".

"Gyahahahaha! Nene dohohon't!" Rui cackled out as he clutched his tummy.

"Don't worry Rui, I'll save you!" yelled out Emu as she suddenly tackled Nene on top of Rui.

"EEK!".

And Emu on top of Nene, with all three of them on Tsukasa's lap.

"...When y'all said you wanted to cuddle, this isn't what I had in mind!" Tsukasa complained, causing the other three to giggle. Oh well, what did he expect? Trying to do normal couple things always escalates out of hand with these weirdos, but he wouldn't trade them for the world.

Another day another new invention, was Rui's motto. He had managed to build quite the contraption and was bringing it over to the Wonder stage in order to show it to his partners.

"So...what is it exactly? It's not going to blow me up is it?!" Questioned Tsukasa, eyeing Rui's robot suspiciously.

"Of course not, I would never do such a thing" Rui feigned ignorance, which caused the blonde to roll his eyes. "It's a tickle bot~!" Announced the purple guy excitedly.

Both Tsukasa and Nene instantly blushed at what Rui said, while Emu got all jumpy and excited. "Yay a tickle bot! Can we use it?!".

"Of course! I needed some test subjects to begin with~" Rui chuckled to himself as he pulled a remote from his pocket.

"Uhh...Rui, why did you build this?" Asked Nene as she approached the purple guy.

"I think you already know the answer to that" replied Rui as he playfully winked at her, causing Nene to let out a flustered groan.

"Turn it on already!" Yelled out Emu excitedly, admiring the robot in front of her.

"Whatever you say sweetie~" Rui giggled as he pressed a button on the remote. The robot instantly turned on, it's eyes starting to glow. Tsukasa and Nene watched it from the sidelines as Rui excitedly waited to see his invention in action.

The robot looked at Emu up and down, as if it were scanning her. She looked back at it expectantly and stretched her arms out to her sides. "Tickle me!".

At that, the robot lifted up it's arms, wiggling it's hands menacingly towards the pink individual. It then latched it's hands onto her sides, wiggling it's fingers quickly yet softly. Emu instantly let out a squeal at the tickly contact, squeezing her elbows down her sides as a reflex.

"Emu, are you okay?!" Asked Tsukasa worriedly, quickly approaching his giggly partner. It's not like he didn't trust Rui, but this was the first time he built something like this. He couldn't help but worry a bit.

"Yehehes! It juhust tihihickles a lohot!" Spoke Emu through her childlike giggles, squirming down onto the floor as the robot kept tickling along her sides and ribs.

Tsukasa let out a sigh of relief, looks like there was nothing to worry about. He couldn't help but smile down at the ticklish mess that was his girlfriend, watching her laugh so carefree always brought him joy.

Rui decided to take a closer look at the scene unfolding, wanting a better view of his creation and his girlfriend's adorable blushy face. "How are you liking it so far Emu?".

"Ihit's fuhuhun! EEK-! Hahahahaha!" She let out another squeal once the robot targetted her armpits. Emu squeezed her arms down as much as she could and rolled from side to side, but the robot wouldn't budge. Not like she minded, she was having the time of her life.

"Hey Rui, make sure not to overdue it" reminded Nene from the sidelines. He nodded and pressed the button again. The robot quickly stopped tickling Emu, giving her a well deserved break.

"How are you holding up down there?" Rui asked as he crouched down to her level. Emu gave him a thumbs up as residual giggles kept flooding out. "Good~" he gave her a headpat, causing her to giggle more.

Before they knew it, Emu had fallen fast asleep on the ground. Tickling could be very tiresome for her, and she was quite the heavy sleeper so she was gonna be there for a while. Tsukasa placed his jacket ontop of her to make sure she wouldn't get cold like the gentleman he is.

Suddenly, the robot snuck behind Nene and trapped her in a bear hug. "Gah! Rui, what is the meaning of this?!" She squirmed and kicked her legs out, but the robot had a tight grip on her not in an uncomfy way of course.

"That's odd, I didn't press anything this time" he brought his hand up to his chin, a bit lost in thought on what could've gone wrong. Maybe he forgot to turn it off? He pressed the button on the remote again, but the robot started to gently massage it's fingers into Nene's sides.

"EhEEP! R-Ruhuhui! Make it stahahap!" Poor Nene twisted and turned as much as she could in the robot's grasp.

"Coochi coochi coo~".

"...Did the robot just tease her?" Tsukasa asked, looking over at Rui as Nene squealed in the background at the sudden tease.

"Of course. What kind of tickle bot would it be if it couldn't tease?" Rui giggled as Tsukasa smacked himself mentally. Of course Rui of all people would put a teasing feature in a freaking robot.

"HehehEY! Hurry uHUP and hehelp meHE!" Nene squeaked out as she giggled helplessly. The robot was currently softly fluterring it's fingers along her tummy.

"There's an emergency switch on the back of the bot. Tsukasa, go handle it".

"Wha-?! Why me?! It's YOUR robot!" Rui looked over at him with pleading eyes, but Tsukasa didn't want to give in to the cuteness!

"GEHEHEEZ! DO SOHOMETHING ALREADY!" Nene screeched out in laughter as the robot started to softly dig into her hips.

"Ugh fine... I'll save you Nene!" Declared Tsukasa all heroically. He carefully approached the robot, examining the back of it. "Aha! Found it!" He cheered out, but right before he could flip the switch, a third arm came out of the robot and got a hold of Tsukasa's wrists. "Rui what the heck?! You never mentioned it having extra arms!".

"Ohh...oops, must've forgotten" Rui rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly. Tsukasa struggled in the robot's grip but to no avail. The bot then let go of Nene, causing her to slump down to the floor from exhaustion. It then directed it's attention to the trapped troupe leader, wiggling it's other two free hands towards his torso menacingly.

"W-wahait! Rui hehelp!" The tickling hadn't even started and Tsukasa was already giggling himself silly, he was THAT ticklish.

"Hold on, keep it distracted for a while" said Rui as he tinkered with the remote.

"Nohoho! N-Nene save me!" He looked over at her but she was too tired to move from the ground. And Emu was still in dreamland, looks like his only hope is for Rui to rescue him...when he decides to that is. The robot then proceeded to poke at his tummy and sides in radom patterns.

"Poke poke poke".

"EEK! Nohoho!! Rui it's teasing agahahain!" Tsukasa slid down to the floor, overtaken by his ticklishness. The robot easily kept up with it's poke attack, pinning his arms above him in the process.

"Isn't that lovely~?" Rui couldn't help but tease his boyfriend a bit. The squeal that emitted from Tsukasa was so loud the entire park probably heard it. The robot then started to poke playfully at his bellybutton.

"NoHO it's naHAhat! Ihit's eheHEvil!" Even when being tickled he was still as dramatic as always. Poor Tsukasa squirmed as much as he could, his face was bright red like a cherry. The robot then climbed it's fingers up his ribs into his armpits. "GYAHAHAHA! NAHAHAT THEHEHERE! RUIIII!" Tsukasa screeched out Rui's name as a cry for help, it tickled way too much. He tugged and pulled at his wrists but he was stuck being tormented by the bot.

"Okay, I think I've fixed it" Rui then pressed the button on the remote and effectively the robot stopped tickling Tsukasa, letting go of his wrists as well. The blonde quickly pulled his arms down, curling up on himself as residual giggles spilled out of him.

"Thahat robot is soho evil!" Tsukasa complained through his giggle fit.

"Is that so? I think you quite enjoyed yourself there~" Rui teased as he crouched down and booped Tsukasa's nose. The trouple leader let out a flustered whine and burried his flushed face against his hands. Rui couldn't help but giggle at the cute reaction.

While his partners were still recovering from their tickle attacks, Rui decided to work on the robot. Hopefully no more "casualties" will occur. And even if something like this happened again, Rui had a strong feeling that his partners wouldn't be against it.
