Celebration Gift
Warning: Spoilers for S2, slight swearing (yall know chigiri is foul-mouthed despite his cuteness),
The locker room buzzed with excitement after their match. Blue Lock’s team had just secured a solid victory, and the players’ energy was still at its peak. Chigiri Hyoma sat on one of the benches, leaning back against the wall as he tried to catch his breath. A victorious smile tugged at his lips, which is rare as he never does -he’d been the key to their win, his speed leaving the opponents in the dust. Of course, Rin is always better, but Chigiri is slowly stepping up his game now, too
“That sprint in the second half was really good Ojou-chan (missy),” Otoya Eita drawled as he slinked over to his teammate, hands tucked lazily into his pockets. His usual sly smile curled on his face. “You really outdid yourself.”
“Thanks,” Chigiri said casually, flicking his damp bangs away from his face. “Not like I had much of a choice. You lot weren’t keeping up.”
Otoya gasped in a mildest yet dramatic way, pointing at Chigiri as if offended. “Ms. Lightning Bolt thinks he’s better than us now.”
“He’s got the right to brag. Did you see him run?” Karasu Tabito chimed in, strolling over with his signature lopsided grin. He leaned against the locker beside them, his sharp eyes narrowing playfully at Chigiri. “But you know, Chigiri-chan… celebrations are team events. You can’t just sit there looking pretty while we all cheer.”
Chigiri raised an eyebrow, sensing something mischievous brewing. They always had. “What are you getting at?”
Karasu’s grin widened, and Otoya suddenly crouched down beside Chigiri, his dark eyes glinting with mischief but still has a reserved lazy look. “Oh, nothing. Just that we should celebrate you properly for being the hero today.”
Chigiri sat up straighter, immediately wary. “And... just how exactly?”
“You know what” Karasu said innocently, though he was already moving closer with Otoya's ninja ways sneaking behind Chigiri
Chigiri’s voice rose defensively as he slid a little further down the bench, a nervous laugh slipping out. Maybe he can-
"Gah!"
“Look at that,” Otoya teased with ennui, yet amusement lingered in his tone, poking Chigiri’s side lightly with a single finger. “Is our speedster… nervous?”
Chigiri jolted at the poke, slapping Otoya’s hand away with a glare. “Don’t -oi!”
“Ooho!” Karasu’s voice rose triumphantly, his eyes locking onto Chigiri like a predator. “That’s how it is? You’re ticklish, aren’t you?”
Like they pretended to just not discover it. Of course, Chigiri inwardly groaned.
“I’m NOT -shit!” Chigiri shot back quickly, though the light flush on his face said otherwise.
Otoya and Karasu exchanged looks, identical devilish smiles spreading across their faces.
Oh boy
“He’s ticklish,” Otoya confirmed with a laugh.
“No, I’m not!” Chigiri repeated, trying to stand up and make a run for it, but Karasu was faster.
“Hold him!” Karasu shouted.
Otoya immediately lunged forward, grabbing Chigiri’s arms before he could escape. “Got him!”
“Wha—let go -fuck! Otoya-sahahan!” Chigiri shouted, twisting in Otoya’s grasp as he was dragged back onto the bench. “I swear, you’re both dead-”
“Not until we celebrate,” Karasu interrupted smoothly, kneeling in front of him with a teasing grin. “This is what you get for showing off too much, Chigiri.”
Before Chigiri could protest further, Karasu’s hands darted straight to his sides, fingers digging lightly into the sensitive spots just above his hips.
“WAHAHA -nohoho! Stop!” Chigiri burst into laughter instantly, his sharp, melodic giggles ringing through the locker room. He squirmed violently in Otoya’s grip, his legs kicking out as he tried to escape Karasu’s ticklish assault.
“Aw, listen to him,” Otoya cooed mockingly, though he couldn’t stop himself from laughing at Chigiri’s reaction. “You sound adorable, Chigiri.”
“Shuhuhut up—hahaha! KaraSUHU!” Chigiri practically shrieked as Karasu’s fingers moved up to squeeze his ribs.
“Can’t hear you over all that laughing,” Karasu teased, his grin never faltering as he methodically worked his fingers along Chigiri’s ribs and sides. “Ticklish here too? Or maybe… here?” He shifted his fingers slightly, spidering them up toward Chigiri’s underarms.
Chigiri’s eyes went wide, and his laughter shot up a pitch. “NOHOHO -NOT THEHEHERE! HAHAHA!”
“Bingo,” Karasu said smugly, wiggling his fingers right in the hollows of Chigiri’s underarms.
“AHH!!! I -I’M GONNA FUHUUCKING KILL YOU!” Chigiri cried through his laughter, twisting so hard that even Otoya was struggling to hold him in place.
“Careful, Karasu, he might kick you in the face,” Otoya warned, though he was grinning far too much to be genuinely concerned.
“Nah, he’s too busy laughing,” Karasu replied with a chuckle, moving his hands back down to Chigiri’s sides to give him a break. “Aren’t you, Chigiri?”
Chigiri slumped forward the moment Karasu let up, panting hard and shooting the two of them a fiery glare -though his flushed face and lingering giggles weakened the effect. “You guys are the worst.”
Otoya ruffled Chigiri’s hair playfully, still grinning. “Nah, we’re just making sure you don’t forget who your real MVPs are.”
“You call this being teammates?” Chigiri muttered, crossing his arms and pouting, though his lips twitched like he was fighting a smile.
Karasu stood up, stretching lazily. “Hey, you did say you wanted to celebrate.”
“Not like that!” Chigiri shot back.
Otoya laughed, slinging an arm around Chigiri’s shoulder. “Relax, Hyoma. You’ll live. And besides...” He smirked, his voice dropping to a teasing whisper. “Now we know your weakness.”
Chigiri’s eyes narrowed suspiciously. “Don’t even think about it happening again!”
“No promises,” Karasu called over his shoulder, walking off.
Otoya grinned wider. “Yeah, no promises.”
As Chigiri groaned dramatically, the sound of their laughter echoed through the locker room, the bond between them stronger than ever.
