Man would straight up be a menace to society as a ler
He motivates his peers with big speeches... And when that doesn't work? He fucking wrecks them hello
Noritoshi over here all mopey and dejected? Pep talk don't work? Oops, have fun being a wiggly giggly puddle on the floor, friend
Yuji not feeling all bright and sunshiney? Skips the pep talk and goes straight to tickling him while barking encouragements

And once he has you? You aren't getting away unless he lets you. Not only is he freakishly strong, he also has boogie woogie.
Let's say you hypothetically get away... Where you going? Man will just clap his hands and teleport you right back into his lap.

If he doesn't particularly like the answer given when he asks what kind of partner is your type, but doesn't feel like being aggressive, he'll destroy you with tickles.
He asked Megumi again, hoping for a better answer, when given the same answer this time less enthusiastically, he grabbed the emo boi and tickled him into oblivion.
I feel like by default he'd be more of a rough tickler, kneading your sides or hips... But he definitely can be gentle if the situation calls for it.
And he's definitely teasy, but not like maliciously so... More playfully than anything.
He also laughs along with his lee, because their laugh is so precious to him.
Will absolutely 100% use teases like; 'Tickle tickle tickle!' or 'Gitchy Glitchy goo~' unironically.
