Could you please do an art about Lucifer getting tickled by Charlie and Vaggie, if it's possible 🩷❤️🐍🍎
Dad jokes are overrated 😉
Trust Us With Your Stay
Author’s note: Season two ended about six months ago, but Vox has still not left my brain. This idea came to me in a dream (No literally it did-) and I fleshed out that spark into a full fic! This is also inspired by the redemption arc AU for Vox I’ve seen around! Listen- I know Vox, did some, uh, things, but that will NOT stop me from putting him in silly situations. Mwhahaha! (Lol) I hope you enjoy! (Edit: Now on Ao3! Link here!)
Series: Hazbin Hotel
Characters: Vox, Charlie, Vaggi, Lucifer
Word count: 3,390
Summary: Charlie finds herself in a dilemma when Vox comes to the Hazbin Hotel to check in as a genuine guest. She questions how she can trust him, but she gets an idea for the ultimate test: a trust exercise so unexpected, so goofy, that it will show a different side of Vox they could potentially trust!
(SPOILER WARNING for the end of Season 2! Also warning for swearing, but it’s Hazbin so- lol)
---
Now that redemption has been confirmed by their good friend Sir Pentious up in heaven, the past few days have had Charlie excitedly scrambling around to get rooms prepared and the Hazbin Hotel appearance ready for when guests arrive. Her efforts have already drawn in some new sinners who are willing to test the path of redemption, but there is still so much more work to be done if the Hazbin Hotel is to welcome as many demons as possible.
Charlie speedwalks down the lobby, calling out to her friends as she passes by them.
“Okay, Nifty, I need all those clean towels in rooms five hundred to six hundred!” she spins on her heels, “Clean towels Niffty! Clean!”
She points, “Husk! Those bottles can go on floor three!”
She takes charge, “Cherri! I want to see those picture frames on floor four!”
Charlie turns around, immediately noticing her girlfriend ahead of her. “Vaggie! How’s the rest of the lobby looking?”
“It’s as clean as it was when we cleaned it yesterday,” Vaggi says with a chuckle. She cups Charlie’s hand, reminding the princess to stand still and take a breather. “Relax babe,” Vaggi places her hand on Charlie’s cheek. “No matter what, it’s going to be great.”
Charlie sweetly leans into the touch and grabs Vaggi’s hand. “Heh, sorry. I’m just so excited.”
“I know. It’s been a long road to get here, but I’m glad so many sinners are finally starting to see all the hard work you put into this.”
Charlie returns a warm smile towards her, “Thanks, Vaggi.”
As the two stand in the front of the lobby, the door to the hotel suddenly clicks.
Charlie gasps for air and violently shakes Vaggi’s shoulders. “It’s a new guest!” She fixes her posture to stand up as straight as a pole. “Get ready to greet them!” She says, pumped full of excitement.
The door starts to swing open. Charlie already begins speaking before she can process who or what she’s seeing.
“Welcome, sinner to the Hazbin Ho-whoa whoa, what the HELL??!!” Charlie changes her tune when she realizes that the TV overlord himself—the demon who wanted to destroy her reputation and everything she’s worked for—Vox, walks through her doors. The last time she saw him, he was just a screen for a head. But now, he seems as good as new, and standing in the lobby of her hotel, surprisingly… alone.
Charlie bares her fangs at him. Her voice starts to growl. “What are you doing here?”
Vox simply puts on a smile that could steal the spotlight. “What a warm welcome, Princess. It’s nice to know you haven’t forgotten me.”
Vaggi steps by Charlie’s side, ready to protect her at a moment's notice. She glares at Vox and crosses her arms, “Looks like you got your body back.”
Vox scoffs. “Yeah, well, let’s not even start to talk about that.”
Charlie stomps a foot forward, standing her ground. “Look Vox. If you’re here for another fight, forget it.”
Vaggi adds, “Another fight that we’ll destroy you in.”
Vox throws his hands up, acting innocent. “Hey, hey. I get it. We have history. But I’m not here for a fight.”
Vaggi and Charlie exchange quick glances at each other.
Vox chortles. “No no, as a matter of fact…” he bares his fangs in a toothy grin. “I’m here to check in, as a guest,” he says the last word with a sinister twitch of static.
“A GUEST???” Charlie and Vaggi shout simultaneously.
“That’s right,” Vox says with full confidence.
“What makes you think that we’ll believe you?!” Vaggi snarls, “After everything you’ve done—for all we know, this could just be another plan to spy on us!”
“Believe me, I know how it sounds.” Vox pauses; he crosses his arms and gazes to the side. “I don’t want to be here either,” he nearly mumbles his last sentence to himself, pairing a sigh with his words. His sigh though…it wasn’t snarky for once. It sounded… hurt. Are his antennae drooping?
Vox continues, taking a breath, “Valentino and Velvette kicked me out. They said that if I want to be back on the Vees’ good side, they said I have to behave myself here and make amends.” His smug smile returns on his screen for his next sentence, “And to come here to serve my punishment.”
Charlie replies first, “Okay, I don’t appreciate the hotel being used as a method of punishment. But…” she contemplates for a moment. She puts her hands together and takes a deep breath. Her voice turns softer and determined, “I’ve said before that it’s my goal for any sinner to at least have a chance at redemption… and, as much trouble as you’ve put us through, that includes our enemies.”
“Charlie! Babe!” Vaggi interjects. “A word?”
Vaggi gently takes her arm and pulls her aside; Vox wanders to the center of the lobby while they talk.
“Charlie,” Vaggi’s voice is stern, yet gentle, “I know how much you want to prove that any sinner has a home here at the hotel and take in everyone you see—you’re sweet like that—but we can’t trust him. How could we trust him?”
“I know, I know. Taking his word for it has hurt us in the past before, but I can’t just turn him away that easily.” Charlie glances at Vox. “He seems hurt, and weak. I’ve never seen him like that before.” She looks down at the ground as she ponders. “There’s got to be a way where we can prove that he’s telling the truth. Something that can make him vulnerable enough where we can prove why he’s really here… A trust exercise, or something…”
As Charlie desperately wonders, the king of hell, Lucifer, walks into the lobby, looking around the room.
“Hey Charlie, where did you say you wanted the-” Lucifer screeches to a stop like a speeding tire hitting the brakes, followed by a gigantic gasp when he notices Vox standing in the middle of the hotel.
“What the FUCK is he doing here?!” Lucifer shouts. He pounces forward and tackles Vox to the ground. He pins him down by pushing on his shoulders. Lucifer bares his growling fangs.
Vox looks up and returns an antagonizing grin, “Well, hello to you too, your majesty.”
Lucifer snarls. His horns begin to grow and his eyes turn fiery red. “How DARE you show your face around here!”
“Wait, Dad! Don’t hurt him!” Charlie calls out. “He… He might be a guest.”
Lucifer’s horns retract and his eyes return to normal, though they’re filled with shock. “A- GUEST???!”
Before he can start asking questions, Vox responds with a smirk from below, “That’s right, your majesty. And you’re currently pinning down a potential customer.”
Lucifer growls at the TV demon and keeps holding him down. “But Charlie!” Lucifer tries to reason with his daughter, “This is the same demon who mocked you on television! Who nearly blew up heaven! Who… who…” Lucifer gathers his scattered thoughts, “Who used my power and gave me bad tickles!”
Unexpectedly, like a flower given water, Charlie perks up. A possible answer for her current dilemma pops in her mind.
“Hey, Dad?” Charlie asks. “This might be strange, but can you hold Vox’s arms over his head? I have an idea.”
Both the king of hell and the TV overlord stare at her with wide eyes and blink as they process her words.
“Excuse me-?” Vox says like he misheard her, but he knows what he heard.
Lucifer brings his attention back to Vox. “Uh… sure,” he responds to Charlie. “Sure!” his second response is more enthusiastic. From his current advantageous position, Lucifer begins wrangling Vox’s wrists into his hands.
“Hey!” Vox tries to wrestle the King of Hell off of him, but Lucifer nabs both of his hands, then hops behind his head. He pins his wrists to the ground, effectively keeping Vox’s arms above his head. Lucifer grins from ear to ear at him. Vox could struggle, but he just grumbles and rolls his eyes instead.
Charlie then approaches Vox.
“Wait, Charlie!” Vaggi holds an arm out to her as she leaves her side. “What are you doing?”
Charlie looks over her shoulder, her words paired with a smile, “You’ll see. Trust me.”
Lucifer chimes in, “Yeah, what are you going to do, Char Char? Oh, oh! Are you going to smite him? Now, you know I don’t condone violence, but in this case I’ll make an exception,” Lucifer jokes with a devilish grin.
“No, nothing like that, dad,” Charlie says as she sits down and straddles herself over Vox’s hips. Both Vaggi and Lucifer share looks of confusion.
“Whoa-ho! Princess!” Vox chortles in surprise. “I didn’t expect this from you. In front of your girlfriend too?” Vox jests.
“What- Ew no,” Charlie quickly puts a stop to that train of thought. She shakes her head to get rid of that image. Charlie sits up straight as she declares her plan, “Vox, if you want to be a part of this hotel, then we have to trust you. So, this method will help us see a new, lighthearted side of you—Hopefully.”
Vox takes a breath to make a sarcastic remark, but Charlie quickly yells, “Okay- onetwothree, here we go!”
She dives her hands towards Vox’s sides and wiggles her fingers in the spot.
“Gack!” Vox makes a strangled noise like a yelp, but nothing else follows it; Charlie thought there would be more of a reaction…
Vox takes a second to respond. “Princess!” he lets out a surprised chuckle, yet there’s the slightest hint of a shaky breath in his tone. “What are you doing?”
Charlie moves her hands away. “I’m tickling you. Is it not working?” she sounds a bit disappointed.
“Oooo, sorry princess, but I’m not ticklish,” Vox’s know-it-all tone reappears. “Looks like your trust exercise is a bust.”
“Liar,” Lucifer leans his head into Vox’s view, grinning down at him. “Lying is a sin you know, Vox. Go ahead Charlie. Keep going.”
Vox stumbles out a scoff. “Tch-Ha! I’m not lying! I’m the TV overlord. You really think a little tickling is going to work on me-HEEEE!” Vox screeches when Charlie’s hands plunge back towards his sides while he’s distracted. Vox shuts his mouth up tight, his smile wobbling each second with the desire to burst into a smile. He holds it together for now, clearly keeping back laughter.
“What’s the matter, Vox?” Lucifer’s tone drips with a smirk. “You were so confident just a moment ago. What happened?”
Vox growls through his gritted fangs. “You’re not holding to win this!” his words strain not to add in a giggle. He immediately muffles a squeak when Charlie wiggles her fingers over his stomach and he sucks in his belly.
“Oh, I think we already have,” Lucifer says. “Keep searching Charlie! There’s got to be a spot that’ll make him break somewhere.”
Vox spits out a reply, “Yeah?! Well, good luck!”
Charlie thinks out loud, “Let’s see… I’ve tried his sides… his belly… Hmm, what about here?” Charlie’s curious fingers crawl up to his ribs.
Vox jolts and muffles an impending explosion of laughter. He kicks his legs like a horse trying to get out of a patch of dirt while the hisses like a wire short circuiting start to slip from his screen.
His snickers crackle, then a giggle slips, and Vox looses the battle, “Fuck! Hahahahaha!” he finally breaks into laughter.
“I found one! I found a spot!” Charlie exclaims with pure excitement. Vaggi witnesses it all from the side, bewildered.
“Ha ha! Nice going, Char Char!” Lucifer laughs along too. His tone shifts to tease Vox, “Oooh, the ribs, huh? A classic spot to be ticklish, Vox.”
“Shuhuhuhut the fuhuhuhuck up!”
“Language, Vox!” Lucifer acts like he’s appalled.
Charlie giggles, “Hehe, yeah. He is really ticklish,” Charlie says with a hint of surprise. She hoped her plan would work, but it’s working even better than she imagined. She tests out a previous spot she tried before and scribbles her fingers over his belly. Vox barks out a laugh and kicks his heels into the floor, trying unsuccessfully to curl up his middle.
“Really, really ticklish,” Charlie adds to her own statement.
Vaggi speaks after being so stunned, though she’s also quite amused. “I- I can’t believe it… It’s actually working. I mean, don’t get me wrong, babe, I'm glad your plan is working, but I never expected to see this.”
Charlie chuckles. “Never underestimate the power of kindness, Vaggi! Aaaand, in this case, tickling!”
“Ahahalright, lahahaugh it up yohohohou three-hehehehe!” Vox cackles.
“Oh, we intend to,” Lucifer revels in the sight.
“But nicely of course!” Charlie clarifies, “We’re laughing with you, not at you! It’s a trust exercise, remember?”
“Fine, fine, I’m laughing with you,” Lucifer amends his statement. “Even though you look ridiculous right now,” he quips.
“Dad!” Charlie can’t help a giggle. “Don’t listen to him, Vox. It’s actually nice to see you happy.”
“Thahahat’s NOHOHOT helping!” Vox exclaims.
“Whaaat, I am being nice!” Lucifer spins his claim, “Looking ‘ridiculous’ in this context is a complement! I’m just being honest and honesty is a way to build trust! Now, let’s see here… where else would he be ticklish?” Lucifer scans Vox. His eyes stop when he reaches his underarms. “Hmmm,” the King of Hell hums with a curved smile and a deep chuckle in his chest. “Oh, Vaggi? Could you take over for me?”
“Uh…Sure,” Vaggi walks over, keeping an eye on Vox in case he tries anything.
“Dad? What are you planning?” Charlie smiles. She stills her fingers and gives Vox a breather. The TV demon lets out trickles of giggles even after Charlie stops.
“Oh nothing,” Lucifer says.
Vaggi stands by Lucifer’s side, “What do you need me to do?”
“Just hold his arms up niiiice and high for me,” Lucifer passes Vox’s hands into Vaggi’s grip. The King of Hell then looms over Vox. A big toothy smirk takes over his face and his fingers wiggle in the air like they’ve been possessed.
Vox’s eyes widen. “Nonononono!” he kicks his heels into the carpet and tries to sink into the floor. “Put that SMIRK away!”
Charlie can’t help herself and giggles again, “Dad.”
“What? I’m just providing one of our guests great service by showing them what they have to look forward to.”
“You call this service??!” Vox shouts.
“Service with a smile,” Lucifer replies. He wiggles his fingers in Vox’s view, then hovers them over his underarms; Vox flinches with an already wobbly smile.
“Trust me, Vox.” Lucifer says. “This won't hurt a bit… But it’s really gonna tickle.”
Vox follows with a snarl, trying to act tough. “If you’re going to do it, just do it alread-EYYYYYYY!” he screeches when Lucifer suddenly dives his fingers into his underarms, free for the tickling.
“Well, if you insist,” Lucifer smirks over the explosive sound of Vox’s laughter. Vox momentarily bucks and lifts his wrists from the floor, but Vaggi pushes them back down after almost being taken aback by Vox’s gigantic reaction.
“Ohohohohoho FUHUHUCK! Thahahahat dohohoes really tickle!!!” Vox’s voice cracks as he spills high-pitched giggles and cackles, even surprising himself with how loud he is.
“We can see that, Vox,” Lucifer teases, “I think they can hear you all the way up in heaven with that scream.”
“It wasn’t that loud,” Charlie reassures, smiling.
“I don’t know. It was pretty impressive,” Vaggi grins. “Hey, are these ticklish too?” Vaggi grabs both of Vox’s hands in one hand and fiddles with Vox’s antennas. The TV man practically squeaks.
“EEK! Yehehehes! Yehehes they are!” Vox scrunches his shoulders to his neck.
Vaggi chuckles and pulls her hand away, showing him at least some sort of mercy.
“Come on guys, take it easy on him,” Charlie says in a lighthearted manner, then scribbles her fingers into his sides.
Vox jolts, “Aha! Princess!” Vox giggles like one would to a good friend. It actually takes Charlie by surprise with the way he said it so playfully. However, her attention is suddenly shifted when she also hears a snort come out of Vox.
Charlie lights up. “Aww! Was that a snort? That was cute!” she complements, not meaning to tease despite how it sounds.
“A snort too, Vox? You’re just full of surprises today,” Lucifer smirks and crawls his fingers to the top of Vox’s ribs.
“I- Yohohou- Hahahaha!” Vox’s words dissolve into pure, unrestrained, wheezy laughter.
It’s at this moment that Charlie realizes that, despite this crazy plan of hers, Vox is dropping his guard around them. His responses are less snarky and he’s not trying to fight back—he’s not even trying hard enough to pull his arms down. Not only that, but Charlie notices that her dad and Vaggi are smiling with him instead of at him. It’s a rare sight of mutual enjoyment between the three of them, seeing the genuine smiles on each of their faces.
Attempting to trust a previous enemy by tickling him into a giggly puddle is unorthodox, to say the least, but building trust is one of the first steps towards redemption. Charlie can see this vulnerable side of Vox is one that she can take a risk on, one that she has potential to build trust with. For her, they’ve already made a little bit progress. Charlie couldn't be happier.
But, of course, trust goes both ways, and that includes knowing someone else's limits.
Charlie chuckles. “Okay, let’s let him up,” she moves her hands away from Vox’s sides.
“Aww, already?” Lucifer says and stills his fingers, keeping them hovered near Vox’s underarms.
“Are you sure? I think he can take it,” Vaggi teases.
“Come ohohon!” Vox lets out a residual giggle. “Give me a break already!”
“No no, he’s had enough for now,” Charlie kindly responds and gets off of Vox’s legs. “Let’s not go overboard.”
“Alright, if we must,” Lucifer playfully complies.
Both Lucifer and Vaggie pull back, allowing Vox to curl himself into a ball with his knees pulled to his chest and his arms huddled close. He recovers his breath, letting out leftover giggles that he no longer has a reason for containing as he exhales.
As his giggles start to fade, Charlie leans into his view. “Sooo, how do you feel?”
“Like I have electricity still surging through my veins…” Vox grumbles.
“Eh, it’ll pass,” Lucifer grins at him. Vox rolls his eyes and sits up. Charlie reaches out a hand to help.
Vox looks at her hand and then at her. Charlie looks back at him with a soft, kindhearted smile and bright eyes that welcome him. Vox glances at her hand again. He takes it.
Charlie helps him on his feet. Once Vox regains his footing, he brushes off his vest and fixes his bowtie like he had just walked in untouched through the doors.
Vox speaks, “So, after that…humiliating display… do you trust me now?”
Before Vaggi and Lucifer can reply, Charlie speaks first.
“I do,” she says. “It’s going to take a while for any of us to fully trust you, but for now…” Charlie warmly smiles at him, “It’s a start.”
Vaggi crosses her arms and gives Vox a stern glare, “But we’re still going to keep our eyes on you.”
Lucifer walks to Charlie’s side and gently lays a hand on her shoulder. “Charlie, are you sure about this?” Lucifer softly asks.
Charlie nods. “I’m sure. I know we’ve had our… major differences in the past, but if there’s one thing that the Hazbin Hotel was made for, it’s for second chances. I think we can give him a second chance.” Charlie turns to Vox with an enthusiastic smile. “So, come on Vox. Let’s get you a room.”
Vox blinks and his eyes soften at her response. Charlie marches towards the front desk with a pep in her step and waves Vox over. Vox follows shortly after.
Charlie knows that it’s going to be a lot of trial and error, and the occasional disagreement having Vox here as a guest at the hotel, but as she checks him in, she’s hopeful. She can hear what he’s thinking simply from looking at his softer expression: “Maybe this redemption thing won’t be so bad after all.”
Starting a Reblog Thread! - Hazbin Scenes that would be better with tickling
Let's make a thread of Hazbin scenes that would be better with tickling!
For me, the 'Easy' scene would be perfect for tickle attacks! Like, it's a montage of Vaggie being intimate with Charlie to distract her from her stresses - what better way to be intimate whilst also cheering someone up than tickling them silly! There could have been clips during that montage of Vaggie sitting on top of Charlie and tickling her to tears, it would make such a cute music video. And maybe some giggles and "Vahaggie's!" over the singing (it's giving Husker laughing over the music in Love in a Bottle).
Reblog with your ideas!

Revenge
Words: 2,179 Pairing: Lers!Lucifer, Charlie, Vaggie, Niffty, and Angel, Lee!Alastor Warning: very hastily written lol sorry im getting over a flu
“We could get him now?” Angel suggested. He had all four hands on his hips and wore a cocky smirk as he looked down at the snoozing demon.
Everyone else was slouched around the lounge, rubbing sleep from their eyes... except for Alastor, who was still out cold. The whole crew looked like they were deep in thought, brows furrowed, each one trying to come up with a way to get back at the Radio Demon. So far, though, it was just a lot of silence and stumped faces.
Vaggie shook her head. “No, that wouldn’t work. He’d either fade into the shadows or wreck us all again. It’s something he’s shown to be capable of.” She shuddered and blushed at the thought of Alastor’s tickling capabilities.
“Then… what?” Angel raised an eyebrow. “We gotta get this asshole back somehow.”
“I got it!” Two voices at once: Lucifer, smiling brightly from the couch, and Charlie, who was pacing the room.
“Oh, uh, you first,” the princess said quickly.
Lucifer stammered, then said, “No, please, I insist, you first.”
“Okay!” Charlie clapped her hands excitedly, then cringed as she remembered that they were supposed to be quiet. With a quick look to make sure Alastor was still sleeping, she laid out her plan. “If brute force won’t work, we’ll have to be sneakier with our tactics.”
Husker chuckled and nudged Angel next to him. “Sun Tsu over here,” he whispered.
Charlie continued, “I propose that we wreck him individually, in ways that won’t raise suspicion. If we can tickle him when his guard’s down, and then act innocent when he asks, we can tickle him without needing to fear for ourselves.” She smiled and bowed, then gestured to her father to say his idea.
“Oh,” the king tugged at his collar. “M-my plan involved inordinate amounts of rubber ducks. Yeah, I like yours better.”
Vaggie got up from the couch and stood next to her girlfriend. “Then we are agreed. Troops, prepare for guerrilla combat.” The hotel residents put their heads together and formulated their daring plan. With a series of final determined nods, the huddle split and got to work around the hotel. They opted to bide their time for revenge until that afternoon, giving Alastor time to focus on other matters. All they had to do was wait.
-
Alastor’s eyes snapped open, sharp and alert. Old habits die hard... after everything he’d done, he never let himself sleep too deeply. He glanced at the grandfather clock and blinked. Three in the afternoon? That was a first. Muttering under his breath, he straightened his coat, smoothed his hair, and stretched, joints popping one after another. Sleeping in a chair was never a good idea. The hotel was too quiet. No Niffty clattering around, no Angel’s off-key singing, not even the static of a news broadcast. Just silence, thick and heavy. Alastor’s ears twitched. That was never a good sign.
"How peculiar..." he mused, stepping lightly toward the kitchen. If there was one thing Alastor knew, it was that this utter silence in the Hazbin Hotel was never, ever a good sign. Because it meant that the other residents were plotting.
And oh, how right he was.
-
Lucifer Morningstar, King of Hell, did not let go of a grudge... especially not after being left a giggling, writhing mess on the floor by Alastor. He’d spent the morning sulking in his penthouse, wings twitching every time he remembered those claws skittering over his ribs, his wing joints, his- nope! He shook his head hard, trying to banish the memory.
Now he was lurking outside Alastor’s radio station, eyes glinting with mischief. He had a plan, and he was sure it would work.
Alastor, ever the creature of habit, was inside, humming to himself as he adjusted the dials on his antique radio, letting the hip-swinging rhythms of Nat King Cole fill the room. The door was slightly ajar, and Lucifer could see the glow of the station's lights reflecting off the demon's polished shoes.
With a smirk, Lucifer reached out and plucked a single feather from his wing. He rolled it between his fingers, feeling the soft barbs. Then, with a flick of his wrist, he sent it floating into the room, riding a gentle breeze of his magic.
The feather drifted lazily, landing on Alastor's shoulder.
Alastor froze.
Lucifer held his breath, pressing himself against the wall. He could hear the Radio Demon's muscles tense, the sudden stillness in the air.
Then-
"GAH-!"
Alastor's cane slammed against the table as he spun around, swatting at his shoulder. His ears twitched, eyes wide. "What in the-?!"
Lucifer didn't wait. Seizing the brief moment of confusion, he lunged into the room, grabbing Alastor by the lapels and slamming him against the wall. Before the Radio Demon could react, Lucifer's wings flared, piercing Alastor's eyes with golden light. Then, Lucifer's fingers danced along the sensitive side of Alastor's torso.
Alastor's entire body jerked. "Y-youhu daHAare- ahhAHHA! yoUhU infHeheHernal-!!"
Lucifer grinned, wicked and triumphant. "Oh, I dare, busboy! How does it feel to take what you dish out?"
Lucifer only tickled harder, his other hand finding the spot where Alastor's ribs met his back. The Radio Demon shrieked like a witch and instantly melted into shadow, evading Lucifer's clutches.
"Coward! Get back here, you little-!" He growled, and turned to leave... but not before smirking and flapping his wings a whole bunch, depositing a metric butt-ton of silky-soft white feathers throughout Alastor's studio. "Catch you next time, bucko."
As he left, Alastor's hidden shadow-form glared daggers at the king, absolutely flabbergasted that someone would have the GALL to do what he just did. Well, at least that would be the end of it...
-
Charlie had spent the afternoon "cooking."
Or, at least, that's what she told Alastor when he had wandered into the kitchen, lured by the scent of something sweet and spicy. The Radio Demon leaned against his cane in the doorway, watching as Charlie stirred a pot on the stove.
"And just what are you making, Princess?" he asked, voice suave and smooth as syrup.
Charlie turned, beaming. "Gumbo! I found it in this old cookbook." She held up a book bound in crimson leather, with bright green runes covering it. It was obviously Alastor's cookbook, but if she knew that, she gave no sign of it. "I thought it'd be nice to give you a little taste of home, y'know?"
Alastor's eyes widened. "How... thoughtful of you." Smelling the air, he could detect at least three mistakes Charlie had made thus far in the recipe, but the mere thought made him overlook them for now.
Charlie giggled, continuing to stir the pot. "Why don't you taste it? See if it's ready?"
Alastor's suspicion flickered, but only for a moment. Charlie was absolutely terrible at hiding things. He stepped forward, rolling up his sleeves. "Well, don't mind if I do."
His clawed finger dipped into the sauce and then up to his mouth. "Hm... as I suspected, it could use a bit more cayENNE-" He cut himself off at the feeling of a very daring and insolent finger poking him in the ribs. He whipped around, glaring suspiciously at the princess.
"Sorry! Sorry, there was a, uh, fly on your shirt. I know how you are about cleanliness!" A very wobbly smile appeared on Charlie's lips as she shrugged nervously.
"Yes... Thank you." Alastor cocked an eyebrow but turned back to the dish. "As I was saying, it could use more cayenne... now where did I put that?" He scanned the countertop for the familiar and to him very often used bottle, but found it nowhere.
"Oh, I remember seeing it up there, in that top cabinet!" Charlie offered, pointing to the highest cabinet in the kitchen.
Thinking nothing of it, Alastor hummed in gratitude and reached way up high toward the cabinet, only to yelp indignantly at Charlie experimentally wiggling her fingers in his open underarms. Whipping around, he knocked Charlie back a few paces, his antlers growing in size ominously as he stepped toward her.
"Of all the impertinent, impudent, insolent, uncouth, and downright idiotic displays of misplaced confidence I have seen over my very long career, that one might just take the cake, my dear."
"It... was worth a shot-!" Charlie pressed into the wall, giggling in anticipation... before a whizzed past Alastor's body, pinning him to the wall by one of his suspenders.
"I- w-what just-?" He looked down at the spear in confusion before looking up to see Vaggie, gesturing frantically to Charlie to follow her. With one last cheeky squeeze to Alastor's hips, Charlie, giggling the whole time, ran down the hallway with her girlfriend to safety.
Alastor snapped the spear like a toothpick, seething... then smirked. With that, he turned to salvage the gumbo Charlie had been working on. He'd rather die than let a genuine attempt at Creole cuisine go to waste.
-
Niffty had spent the morning polishing just about every statue in Hazbin Hotel. Every cherub, gargoyle, and demonic bust, she made them shine. She hummed to herself as she worked, her feather duster swishing through the air with practiced precision.
Alastor, of course, had noticed.
He stood in the doorway, watching as Niffty climbed a particularly precarious ladder to reach a stubborn spot on a statue of a grinning imp. "Awfully thorough today, Niffty," he drawled.
Niffty didn't look down. "Cleanliness is next to godliness, Mr. Alastor!" she chirped, her voice sweet. "Wouldn't want any dust lingering where it doesn't belong!"
Alastor's eyes narrowed. "Of course not."
Niffty finished her polishing and hopped down from the ladder, turning to face him with a bright smile. "Say, Mr. Alastor, could you hold still for just a second? I think I missed a spot on your shoulder."
Alastor’s instincts screamed at him to run. But before he could move, Niffty’s feather duster flicked against his neck.
"Stand still!" she sang, her voice suddenly sharp.
Alastor’s entire body locked up.
Niffty’s eyes gleamed with manic glee as she attacked. The feather duster became a weapon of mass tickle destruction, swiping at his ribs, his antlers, the sensitive spots under his jaw. Alastor let out a sound that was half-shriek, half-laugh, stumbling backward as he tried to escape.
“YouhuhuuhU- yoUHUhUhu lihihIhittle menaaAhAHahce!” he gasped, his cane tapping against the floor.
Niffty only giggled, her movements a blur. “Tickle, tickle, little demon!” she taunted, her voice high and gleeful.
Niffty was everywhere, her duster a whirlwind of torment. He finally managed to grab her wrist, panting. “EnOuhUhuhugh!! EnoUhUhUGH!!”
Niffty grinned, breathless. “All done! You’re sparkling now, Mr. Alastor!”
Alastor glared, his chest heaving. “Oh, Niffty,” he said, his voice dangerously sweet, “I hope you've enjoyed that.”
Niffty only curtsied, skipping away. “Oh, I always enjoy cleaning up a mess!”
Alastor watched her go, his claws twitching.

Angel Dust leaned back on the sofa, arms folded. Husker sat beside him, his tail flicking nervously as he clutched a bowl of popcorn. The two of them were “watching a movie,” or at least, that’s what they’d told Alastor when he’d wandered into the lounge, lured by the promise of quiet and the scent of buttered popcorn.
Alastor had taken the bait.
He lounged in his favorite armchair, one leg crossed over the other, his cane resting against the armrest. His eyes were half-lidded, his expression relaxed as he watched the screen. “You know,” he mused, “I do appreciate a good film. Though I must say, your taste is… questionable, Angel.”
Angel smirked, popping a piece of popcorn into his mouth. “Aw, c’mon, Al. You love bad horror movies.”
Husker didn’t say anything. He just watched Alastor, his ears twitching.
Alastor sighed, sinking deeper into the chair. “I suppose even a demon of my refined tastes can indulge in occasional trash.”
Angel waited until Alastor’s guard was fully down.
Then he moved.
In one swift motion, Angel lunged from his seat, fingers wiggling as he drilled them into the demon's sides. The radio demon jolted, his entire body jolting as if shocked. He let out a strangled yelping noise.
"WhahahaAHahAH- BaahHAHASTHaHRD-!!” Alastor’s laughter was breathless, his body twitching as Angel held his 'drills' in place. After about half a minute, with a swat of his hand, dark tendrils yanked Angel backward, away from his target. Alastor slumped in the chair, his chest heaving, his antlers drooping.
Angel plopped back onto the couch, grabbing the popcorn bowl. “Now, Al, how ‘bout we actually watch this movie? No more interruptions.”
Alastor glared at them, but there was no real heat in it. He straightened his coat, his ears twitching. “You two,” he muttered, “are quite insufferable.”
Husker huffed. “Oh, I didn’t even do anything.”
“You certainly didn’t help!” Alastor sighed. He even, very reluctantly, leaned back in his chair and turned his attention to the screen.
Angel smirked, tossing a piece of popcorn into his mouth. "Revenge," he thought, "tastes pretty damn sweet."
Feather Care
As things begin calming down after the angels' attack on the hotel, Charlie decides to spend some time with Vaggie to learn about her new wings. Maybe she'll receive some much-needed attention herself, too...
This is my @squealing-santa 2025 gift for @victoriachillin61yay! I'm not super familiar with Hazbin Hotel or its fandom, but I do like the characters quite a bit, so I thought I'd give this a shot. Hope I did these two justice, they're so silly :D
“And that's how you do it.” Vaggie turned towards Charlie, holding up the feather sheath she'd cleanly removed from her wing. Said girl's eyes were sparkling with amazement. Vaggie blinked. “...What, it's not that impressive, is it?”
“It is impressive, Vaggie! I didn't even know feathers came in plastic wrapping!” Charlie grabbed the translucent casing, wanting to get a better look at it, only to flinch as it promptly crumbled in her hands. “Oh uh- whoops.” Vaggie chuckled at her girlfriend's antics, giving her a light pat on the shoulder. “It's called a sheath, hon. And don't worry, it's meant to do that.”
They hadn't had much time to think about it before, but now that Heaven's attack was over and the hotel was mostly rebuilt, Vaggie's newly regrown wings have become the center of attention for the two girls. Charlie was utterly fascinated by them, despite the fact that both Husk and her dad had wings too. “I like yours the most!” was Charlie's response when Vaggie pointed it out, and, well, she wasn't going to argue with that. Besides, it's not like she minded getting the opportunity to teach her enthusiastic girlfriend and keep their minds off of more… stressful matters for a while.
Right now, Vaggie was demonstrating one of the most basic forms of wing care: preening. The whole ‘pinch, twist and pull” procedure came pretty naturally to her, even when she was so out of practice… surely Charlie wouldn't have much trouble with it either, right? After demonstrating on a few more feathers, she turned around and sat down cross-legged on the bed, holding her wings out loosely. “Alright babe, you ready to try for yourself?”
“I-I think so!” Despite her words, Charlie sounded audibly nervous as she reached out towards one of Vaggie's long, silvery pin feathers. It kind of resembled a paintbrush, with the fluffy feather tip peeking out from the thin keratin wrapping. It looked so delicate… What if Charlie accidentally snapped it? …No, it's alright, she can do this! Vaggie made it look so easy! All she has to do is pinch, twist and-
Pluck!
It took a second for Charlie to process the way her girlfriend's wings flinched, and the whole feather that she was now holding between her fingers. But once the realisation set in…
“Ohmygosh Vaggie I am so so sooo sorry!! Did that hurt? I mean, of course it did, I literally pulled a feather out of your wing and- oh no, what if I've permanently damaged your wing?? And you just regrew it, too! Oh, it's all my fault, I-”
“Hey, calm down. It's just one feather, and it will grow back. It's not the end of the world.” Vaggie gently took hold of Charlie's hands, an exasperated yet fond expression on her face. While all the overdramatic fretting was admittedly kind of sweet, it definitely wasn't a good idea to let it spiral out of control. Goodness knows poor Charlie had enough guilt on her hands as is… So, Vaggie took the feather, dusted off the leftover flakes and put it aside before getting back into position. “How about you try again? Maybe go for a smaller one this time. Oh yeah, and don't worry if it crumbles and gets everywhere; I can wash it off after.”
“Okay, if you say so…” Even more nervously than before, Charlie searched Vaggie's wings for a better pin feather to practice on. It didn't take long to find one, but its small size just made it look even more fragile… No, it's alright. Vaggie said the small ones were easier, and she trusted Vaggie.
Making sure to be extra careful this time, Charlie pinched the feather softly, rubbing it gently between her fingers instead of trying to twist it off fully. She watched in amazement as the sheath quickly flaked away, leaving only a bit of keratin dust that neither girl minded. Vaggie let out a small hum of satisfaction. “Yep, there you go… that's how you do it.”
With newfound confidence, Charlie repeated the process on a few more feathers, each attempt feeling easier than the last. Soon, she found a comfortable rhythm - as it turned out, preening wasn't so scary once she got the hang of it. “Oh wow, this is actually kinda fun!”
“Mhm, it's really nice…” Vaggie seemed to be enjoying this even more than Charlie was, practically melting under her girlfriend's gentle touch. She even ruffled her feathers to give Charlie better access, much to the latter's delight (so fluffy!). It'd been ages since someone else had preened her wings for her, and she'd forgotten how amazing it felt… It was like a soothing back massage, but ten times better. Just pure, relaxing bliss.
But then, the sensation began to change. It seemed Charlie had gotten brave enough to experiment with different techniques, and was now lightly combing and kneading her fingers through Vaggie's soft plumage. This was effective enough at clearing away some of the looser sheaths, but it also came with a rather embarrassing consequence: it tickled. Like, a lot. Pin feathers were sensitive after all, and each graze of Charlie's nails sent a new wave of tingles through poor Vaggie's wings. Instinctively, she pressed a hand against her mouth, trying to suppress the giggles that were bubbling up in her throat. Still, she couldn't stop her wings from quivering helplessly under the touch. It didn't help that Charlie seemed completely oblivious to the effect her actions were having… How could Vaggie protest in the face of that cheery smile?
It was when Charlie's fingers found the base of her wings that Vaggie's composure broke. With an uncharacteristic squeak, she burst into laughter, doubling over as she tried not to accidentally smack Charlie with her wings. Startled, Charlie froze for a moment, processing the sound of Vaggie's giggles and the sight of her reddened cheeks. Then, her eyes widened, and a brilliant smile spread across her face.
“Wait, Vaggie, you're ticklish?? That's so cute!! How am I just finding out about this? Hold still, I gotta test this!”
“W-wahahait-!” Before Vaggie could react, Charlie began attacking her wings with renewed enthusiasm, the gentle kneads turning into playful pokes and rapid scribbles. Oh, that was so, so much worse. Immediately, Vaggie burst into another fit of giggles, her wings fluffing up in a futile attempt to defend themselves from the tickling fingers. Charlie's affectionate, possibly unintentional teasing wasn't helping matters, either.
“Aww, your giggles are so adorable, Vaggie! We should do this more often!”
“Nahahahahaha! Chaharlie, stahahap!”
“You look like you're having fun, though! I haven't seen you smile so wide in ages. Besides, your wings are just so soft, I can't help it!”
“Shuhuhut uhuhuhuhup…!”
As if Vaggie wasn't already enough of a flustered wreck, that was when Charlie found that weak spot at the base of her wings again. With just a single poke, Vaggie threw her head back and squealed with laughter, her wings flapping frantically and nearly whacking Charlie in the face.
“EEEEEHEEHEEHAHAHAAA!!”
(Un)fortunately, that was when Charlie stopped, her hands abruptly pulling away from Vaggie's wings. It took a few moments for the fallen angel to catch her breath, a giddy smile still plastered on her face. All that laughing had been pretty embarrassing and a tad overwhelming, but she had to admit… it’d felt kinda nice too, maybe even more so than the preening. Speaking of which, it seemed all the flapping and flailing had actually shaken off a lot of the remaining sheaths, and her wings felt better than ever before. Heh… maybe they really should do this more often, flustering as it is.
In fact, Vaggie was so distracted by all the lingering fuzzy feelings that it took a moment for her to realise that Charlie was speaking again. In contrast to Vaggie's own mental state, Charlie's voice was softer than usual, almost worried-sounding. “Hey… you okay? You squealed really loudly back there. I hope I didn't go too far…”
Oh Charlie, always worrying about other people. These past few months have been pretty hard on her, after all… She was probably still harbouring so much regret under that energetic exterior. Even now, when the two of them were just supposed to be having fun together, she was still so anxious…
For a moment, Vaggie was silent, her chest still heaving slightly from the force of her previous laughter. Then suddenly, she whirled around and lunged at Charlie, tackling her down onto the bed!
Charlie let out a yelp as Vaggie's gentle yet firm hands shove her shoulders, followed shortly by her back hitting the mattress. Looking up, she was greeted with the sight of Vaggie holding her hands out, wiggling her fingers at her with a devious glint in her eye. “Oh, don't worry, you didn't go too far… but now, it's your turn.” Instinctively, Charlie tensed up and squeezed her eyes shut, bracing for the incoming onslaught…
…only to be met with a soft, fluttering feeling on the side of her neck.
Slowly, Charlie opened her eyes, and spotted the fluffy feather in Vaggie's hand - the same one she'd accidentally pulled out earlier. Vaggie twirled the feather in her hand, her gaze much more tender than before. “What, you really thought I was gonna go all out on you now? I can tell you're still a bit stressed out, sweetie. I think you need some nice, relaxing ‘feather care’ more than I do.”
For a moment, Charlie's eyes welled up with tears, moved by her girlfriend's sweet gesture. But then, she felt the feather brush against her neck again, and soon soft giggles were spilling out of her mouth rather than sobs. All the while, Vaggie gazed at her with that loving expression reserved exclusively for her, cupping her cheek with her free hand. “There you go. Hmph, and you said my giggles were cute… yours are even more adorable.”
“Hehehe… Aww, Vaggie…” Charlie felt herself relax involuntarily as she gave into the soft affection. The feather felt both soothingly fluffy and utterly ticklish at the same time, and Charlie couldn’t help but scrunch up her shoulders playfully with each little brush. Thankfully, Vaggie’s quick reflexes let her move the feather out of the way every time, just darting it over to the other side to continue the gentle assault. There was no need to switch tactics or pick up the pace. Just this moment of lighthearted comfort was more than enough.
At some point, Vaggie paused, holding the feather up in front of Charlie’s face. Said girl was still giggling slightly, her face adorned with a smile that was somehow even brighter than usual. Vaggie huffed in amusement at the sight. “See, babe? You make mistakes, but that’s okay - we can find ways to fix them. And sometimes, we can even turn them into something worth smiling over.” Vaggie waved the feather around and booped Charlie’s nose with it, drawing out another little laugh from the blonde. Afterwards, though, her expression softened into one of genuine gratitude. “Thanks, Vaggie. You were right… I needed this.”
Vaggie smiled. “Anytime, sweetie.”
…
“Now then, get over here! Tickle tickle tickle!”
“Eeehehehee! V-vahahaggiee, hehey!!”
“I’m not. Seriously.”

Set prior to the events of the pilot.
It suddenly occurred to Vaggie that she was feeling… peaceful.
The irony that this sensation had only come once she was outside the confines of the Pearly Gates was not lost on her; it had arrived, in fact, while she was snuggly wrapped in the ruby red sheets belonging to the one and only Princess of Hell.
She supposed it had been some sort of miracle that the princess had found her wounded in that alleyway, if such things even existed in the Pentagram. Vaggie had thought for a flickering moment that the Speaker Herself had taken on a disguised form to save her, until she realized the red eyes staring at her were far from divine. At least, in the dark. Once Charlie had stepped into the light, Vaggie was struck fast by the blonde’s beauty, and then doubly so by her kindness.
She doesn’t know what you are, Vaggie had realized. But that was fine. Her sisters didn’t want her, her commander didn’t want her. So she could be a nobody just as easily.
In the weeks since her rescue, Vaggie had managed to start slowly knitting herself back together in the princess’s royal quarters. The bandages remained wrapped around her lost eye, but the bruises along her limbs and torso had more than faded into only bitter memory. Her hair now hung only a few inches from her shoulders, and the awkward uncomfortability of her residence had lessened as well, especially after things had… escalated during the fourth night.
She’d been changing her bandages in Charlie’s vanity when the princess had stepped into the bedroom in a scarlet nightgown, her golden hair undone so it hung like a divine chandelier about her pale shoulders. She clearly hadn’t been expecting Vaggie, as she erupted into a blush the same shade as her dress.
“Uh, sorry,” she’d stammered out. “I thought you were -”
“No, no, it’s my fault,” Vaggie had said in tandem, “I should’ve checked -”
They stopped when they realized that speaking in unison was doing little to actually progress anything and ended up laughing together instead.
Charlie had brushed a lock of hair behind an ear and glanced off to her bed. “Well, uh, since you’re already here, I don’t think it would be fair to send you all the way back to your room.”
Vaggie had chuckled a bit at that. “Princess, I’m only…”
“Charlie,” the royal demon had interrupted. Her eyes glimmered then with stars Vaggie swore were impossible to find in Hell. “Please. Call me Charlie.”
Admittedly taken aback by this comfortability, Vaggie continued: “Charlie… my room’s only just around the corner.”
“I dunno,” Charlie said. “I think I see some bruises...”
Vaggie had felt her heart begin to hammer. Shit, shit, shit - her bruises would be far from a demonic shade and if Charlie saw that…
“Where?” she asked, trying to keep the panic in her voice measured. She looked down to analyze herself; her pajamas were gifts from Charlie’s wardrobe, a black long-sleeved button-top and a pair of black sleep pants. The only skin possibly showing was her hands, feet, and everything from the neck up. “I don’t see any-”
The softest hands had touched her face so lightly she hadn’t even felt the urge to flinch. She looked up into eyes brimming with want, and the princess’s voice had been rich and soft as candlelight.
“Right here.” And then her lips had met Vaggie’s, and the night had slipped away in a long meeting of silk and skin…
It had become a bit of a nightly routine since then, yet Vaggie still felt hesitant to apply a label to what exactly they were. She’d been expecting a hasty eviction after the second night, but that worry had lessened considerably in the four week span. Their days had been consistently spent together in a euphoric cloud of playful flirting and secret handholds, and their nights had been even sweeter, even more intimate. Between soft kisses and softer hands, private dreams were spoken aloud…
“I believe in redemption,” Charlie had whispered in the dark one night. “I’ve never told anyone that, but… I really do.”
Such a confession was surely one only given to somebody truly trusted, but… was she only that to the princess? Did Charlie even consider the softness she’d been placing within Vaggie’s heart, or did she do this with every lost soul she found in an alleyway?
And yet even now, with Charlie’s bare, pale arms wrapped comfortability around the former Exterminator’s naked waist, the sense of settling peace felt perfectly suited.
Charlie placed slow kisses against Vaggie’s cheek as she pulled her closer, the touch of their flesh feeling like the most spectacular of fireworks.
One of Vaggie’s hands contentedly traced down the length of Charlie’s back and the princess gave an adorably musical giggle.
“Vahaggiiieeee…!” She sounded anything but upset. It had been an entertaining discovery in two regards; one, that a demonic ruler could be so ticklish, and two, that she could enjoy it so much. “Youhu’re tihickliiiiing…!”
“Mm, sorry, princess,” Vaggie said, though she knew she, too, sounded anything but. “It’s just tickling, though.”
“Nohot faair,” the princess half-heartedly whined. “You don’t see me tickling you!”
Vaggie gave a skeptical Pfft at that. “I’m not ticklish.”
Now that was playing with hellfire. Vaggie really had no clue if she what she’d said was even true. Tickling in Heaven was more reserved for the citizens and Council members; in the Powers, tickling was as commonplace as treason.
Charlie scoffed. “No way.”
“I’m not,” Vaggie said with a smile. “Seriously, I’m just… immune.”
She caught a flash of mischief in the princess’s eyes and suddenly those soft lips were being pressed into Vaggie’s neck at a rapid pace.
Vaggie felt her body flush with warm tingles; she wasn’t sure if that was tickling, but it certainly felt wonderful. “Mm, keep that up, princess, and round three’s guarantEEHED-!”
Her eye shot down to the sudden shock that had shot up from her abdomen - one of Charlie’s hands was scribbling into the ex-Exterminator’s muscled stomach with glee, manicured nails hellishly effective against the firm skin there.
“Not ticklish, hmm?” Charlie cooed into Vaggie’s ear, suddenly shooting up to straddle her hips.
Between the tickling and the insane fluster coursing through her, Vaggie was admittedly at a bit of a disadvantage.
“ChAharRLiHiE!” she squealed, arms shooting up to try and protect the attack on her sides. “NohOhOo!”
“Ohh,” the princess retorted, “but, Vaggie, it’s ‘just tickling’!”
Vaggie threw her hands over her face to cover the golden blush arising there. Having her own teasing words thrown back at her was deviously unfair. “OHOhO, ShUHut UHuhUup!!”
Ten manicured nails were suddenly digging into Vaggie’s armpits and the squeal that slipped out was more mortifying than a thousand defeats in battle.
“Lemme see that faaaace,” Charlie sang, clearly taking advantage of the ticklish underarms.
“NOhO!” Vaggie spat out. “NEhVEhEr!”
The tickling suddenly stopped and Vaggie allowed herself a peek through her fingers… Charlie was smirking down, oozing confidence, her arms crossed over her chest.
“Alright,” she said with all the magnitude of someone about to pull out a trump card, “you asked for this!”
In a blur of pale flesh and ruby silk, Charlie’s weight to Vaggie’s ankles. A hellishly amazing sensation shot up from her soles; Charlie was tickling her feet, and, oh, Maker, Vaggie never knew she could laugh so hard!
“Aww, these are so cute,” Charlie cooed, playing with Vaggie’s toes, despite her giggle-laden protests. “Glad I don’t have toes; they have so many…”
Vaggie let out a shriek as a nail teased between her second and middle toe.
“…soft spots,” the princess purred.
She was gonna die, Vaggie was sure of it. She couldn’t take this - how did Charlie stand it when her hooves had been in the firing line? This was insane, oh wow, this was incredible-!
Air suddenly pulled into Vaggie’s lungs as the sensations stopped. She pulled her hands down a bit to see the princess herself now looming over with eyes absolutely sparkling.
Why’d you stop? she almost asked aloud. Instead she took a deep breath and conceded: “Ohokay, IhI’m… I’m ticklish…”
“You’re goddamn right,” Charlie said. She took hold of Vaggie’s wrists and removed the hands from her face entirely, pinning them above her head. “And blushing.”
Vaggie felt her face go even hotter. “I… I am?”
“Mmhm.” Charlie nodded, leaning down. “You look… fucking amazing, Vaggie.”
Suddenly Vaggie’s tongue was incapable of forming words. She mumbled something out she hoped was at least cute.
Charlie’s melodic giggle helped a bit to confirm it. And then her face softened to a warm smile and those eager eyes that made Vaggie’s stomach a whirlwind of angel feathers.
“I’m really glad I found you,” Charlie said.
Vaggie’s heart was in her ears, pounding like a war drum. “I’m… glad you found me, too,” she managed.
Charlie leaned down and pressed her lips to Vaggie’s, that soft, heavenly warmth flooding her entire body and making her brain go to static. You found me, and now I’m yours.
The kiss broke and those gorgeous eyes were looking down upon her again. “So… round three?”
Vaggie gave a soft chuckle, then swiftly pulled herself up.
It clearly caught Charlie off-guard, as Vaggie had the princess pinned to the bed in the span of a blink, only able to watch as the ex-Exterminator settled herself into a straddle upon the princess’s hips. “You had to ask?”
It was Charlie’s turn to blush now, redder than Eden’s apple. But her hands didn’t fly to her face. Instead, they rested themselves on Vaggie’s hips. “Nah. I just like knowing what you want.” She shot a dazzling wink. “Now, get to work.”
They shared a laugh like that had so many weeks ago, and the peace seemed to flood Vaggie from head to (apparently ticklish) toe.
“As you wish, princess.”
And she got to work…
When monsters turn into little kittens
Summary: A drunk Radio Demon? Is something like this even possible? Something Charlie wants to find out badly. With an interesting turn of events for her and also for her girlfriend Vaggie, who still is highly afraid of Alastor. Something Charlie wants to change badly and maybe today is the day to change this?
Warnings: Fluff, lots of tickles, Alastor being a drunk goof, swear words. Since this is a tickle fic: Don't read if you don't like. As always: English isn't my first language and I translated this from german into english, so be aware that this is not perfect english. I have no idea how to write the dialogue of a drunk person so I wrote it in a normal way. I wouldn't even be able to write this in german. Just saying.

Fic under the cut.
When monsters turn into little kittens
Pour him a glass of whiskey, put on some jazz and he'll turn into a little kitten.
It were these words that went through Charlie's mind the moment Alastor's head collided with her shoulder and she wasn't sure at that moment if she was dreaming or if this was really happening. But it had to be reality, because she could feel Alastor's warm body against hers, smelled the alcohol in his breath and heard him humming softly to the rhythm of the quiet jazz coming from the lobby's old radio.
Her girlfriend, Vaggie, who was sitting opposite her, was also looking at the deer demon wide-eyed and seemed to doubt her own sanity by now, as she watched the scene unfolding and how Alastor was behaving after just two glasses of whiskey.
This was not the dreaded Radio Demon she knew.
Not the monster that terrified the whole of hell.
Not the bloodthirsty Wendigo who enjoyed tearing his victims into little pieces and devouring them while they were still alive, broadcasting their screams throughout hell.
No.
This was a completely different Alastor.
An Alastor, who was almost scarier than the one she knew.
And yet...
This Alastor had a charm all of his own, because at that moment he was neither brutal, nor creepy, nor sadistic, nor anything else. No. He almost seemed like an affectionate little kitten, begging for attention and it was this thought that made Vaggie grin and Charlie's lips twitched upwards too.
Apparently Mimzy had indeed been right with her words, because Alastor was behaving exactly as the demoness had told them.
"Must have been a bit too much alcohol for him after all," the former exorcist remarked with amusement all too clear in her voice, as she watched Alastor slide further down the princess’ body until he was lying on his stomach on the sofa, his chin resting on Charlie's knees, which brought a slight blush to the young princess' cheeks.
"Mimzy said he could take a lot when it comes to alcohol," she replied to her girlfriend and she didn't really know what to do now, because Alastor seemed completely out of it and seemed to be caught up in his own world. He was still humming along to the calm jazz music, his smile seemed softer and more content than usual and his deer tail, which was lying free now, as he wasn't wearing his coat (it was lying a little further away on one of the armchairs in the lobby), was also wagging gently in time to the music and bore witness to his contentment.
Charlie had never seen the Radio Demon so relaxed before and when she glanced at Vaggie, she seemed to share her thoughts, as she too continued to watch the spectacle in complete disbelief.
And yet Charlie noticed that despite all this, Vaggie was still keeping her distance from Alastor. Even though she knew him better by now, there was still some fear in her visible eye whenever she was near him. Apparently, Alastor's reputation still preceded him and the angel remained cautious, even fearful, around him, always on guard, just in case he would lose it and became the monster everyone feared.
Vaggie was a warrior and she had painfully learned that she couldn't really trust anyone and she still didn't seem to trust Alastor one bit, even though he had proven several times that he only let the monster out of himself when he was provoked. And besides, he had protected the hotel with his life during the last extermination. He hadn't broadcast his cruel radio shows for over seven long years either and yet Vaggie still seemed to fear him.
A fact that Charlie was determined to change and perhaps today was the day she would finally get her chance to do so. After all, she had long since lost her own fear of Alastor and if she could do it then Vaggie could do it too!
Besides, when did one ever get to see the dreaded Radio Demon in such a state? This whole situation was just begging to be taken advantage of and that's exactly what Charlie wanted to do.
The perfect timing for a trust exercise that would not only help her girlfriend, but perhaps also bring Alastor a little closer to the hotel's residents in general, as he continued to avoid the others and often locked himself into his room or radio tower after his hotel work. He didn't want to hear anything about Charlie's trust exercises anyway, as he was of the opinion that there was no hope of redemption for him anyway and therefore didn't want to waste his time with something ridiculous like that.
Perhaps it was possible to kill two birds with one stone today.
She grinned as she looked at her girlfriend.
"Vaggie, come here. Sit next to me."
The young princess patted the sofa next to her, where Alastor's long legs lay.
The ex-exorcist looked over at the two of them skeptically, still seeming to wonder what she should do now and whether she should be on her guard or trust her girlfriend and just walk over to join her.
"Charlie, I don't know..." she began, but the devil's daughter would hear none of her protests, which she let Vaggie know by raising a hand to silence her. Her gaze was gentle and kind as she made eye contact with her, but it also told Vaggie that she wouldn't take no for an answer.
"He's not going to hurt you. You know that, right?"
A chuckle could be heard and Alastor turned his head slightly to look at Vaggie and the warrior angel could only raise her eyebrow, as she saw the goofy grin on the Wendigo's face. It was a grin she had never seen on his face before and it was so infectious that the corners of her own mouth twitched up a little against her will and it didn't get any better when the stag opened his mouth and began to slur.
"Why would I do anything to you, mon ange~? I'm quite nice, you know? I don't bite either~. At least not too hard hehe."
Vaggie could only roll her eye and at the same time a slight golden glow settled on her cheeks when Alastor had called her "mon ange". He was a real charmer when he was drunk; she had to give him that.
She knew that he was one of the few demons in the whole of hell who still had some decency and didn't swear all day long (unless Lucifer appeared on the scene. Then Alastor lost all the decency his mother had taught him), but that he could be such a little charmer was new; even to her.
Mon ange...no one had ever called her that before. No wonder Charlie sometimes came out of her office with a bright red face when she was working on some documents together with Alastor. Apparently, the Radio Demon would then unleash all his charm on her at once to fluster her because he found it funny.
Well, today Vaggie got a little taste of what Charlie probably always got to hear and if she was brutally honest, she actually liked it. It was at least a nice change from all the swear words that flew at her day in and day out. Even if she wasn't much better when it came to that, because she also swore like a sailor when the situation called for it. After all, she didn't let anyone tell her what to do, because she was a strong and independent woman. But right now, there wasn't much to be seen of this strong woman. The warrior had faded into the background, her cheeks were golden and Charlie's knowing giggle didn't make the situation any better for her, but rather worse, causing her to grumble softly.
Still grumbling quietly to herself, she stepped towards the sofa when she finally caved in, simply grabbed Alastor's legs, lifted them a little, so that she could sit down and then placed them onto her own legs so that all three of them had room on the sofa.
She tried to ignore her girlfriend's broad grin and at the same time tried to get her facial color back under control, which wasn't so easy.
"So, here I am. Now what?" she asked instead, quickly changing the subject to something else.
Something Charlie noticed immediately, but she didn't comment on it, just grinned and leaned back and relaxed.
"Nothing. Now you just sit like that until you realize that Alastor isn't going to eat you."
"My dear, you know I would never do that. How often do I have to say that?"
"I already know by now, Al, but Vaggie still doesn't seem to know."
The angel saw Alastor turn his head enough to look at her over his shoulder.
"But mon ange, I just assured you that I don't bite."
"One can never be too careful with you around," the ex-exorcist growled, but she relaxed a little when she finally began to realize that Alastor was indeed just jesting.
If he had wanted to hurt or even kill her, he would have done so long ago...
"My goodness, still so suspicious of me," the Radio Demon muttered and he turned his attention back to the glass of whiskey sitting on the coffee table next to the sofa, but as he went to reach for it, Charlie was quicker than him and literally snatched it from under his nose and held it out of reach as Alastor went to grab it.
"You've had more than enough of this for one day, Al."
"But Charlie, dear, just one more sip."
"No, Al. You're already drunk. If you drink any more, Husker will have to carry you to your room."
A growl could be heard from the bar and Charlie and Vaggie grinned, as they heard the bartender grumble.
"Just leave me out of this!" he hissed like the grumpy cat he was, before taking a generous swig from his own bottle of booze, turning around and apparently declaring the subject closed with this gesture, which made Charlie roll her eyes playfully. But at the same time, she could understand him. She knew that Husker didn't have a particularly good relationship with Alastor and that he feared him and therefore preferred to stay out of anything involving the deer demon.
So the princess left it at that and concentrated fully on the drunken stag, who was trying to snatch the glass from her hand, but she kept holding it out of reach from him. The fact that Alastor was still lying on his stomach on the sofa, half on her and half on Vaggie, didn't make it any easier for him to achieve his goal. His apparently very low tolerance for alcohol was the icing on the cake.
Charlie wondered whether Mimzy had lied on purpose, or whether she really hadn't known that Alastor couldn't hold his liquor as well as she claimed. Or maybe Alastor had simply been more resistant back then as a human and it was now due to his new demonic body that he couldn't take as much as he had as a human? When she thought about it, she rarely saw him drink alcohol in general. Apparently Mimzy didn't know her friend as well as she liked to think...if you could even call her a friend. Alastor hadn’t even mentioned her once since he lived here in this hotel and friends were mentioned at least once...right?
And true friends got in touch with each other, even when they didn't need anything...
Oh man. So many questions and so few answers…
The Radio Demon remained a mystery to her and most likely to the rest of hell...
She was rudely torn from her thoughts, when Alastor poked her cheekily in the side. It didn't hurt, as he was very careful with using his claws on her, but she couldn't stop her body from flinching in response, because it tickled.
"Hey!"
The Wendigo grinned and looked at her with so much mischief sparkling in his eyes that it sent a shiver down Charlie's spine. Something Vaggie noticed too, because out of the corner of her eye, Charlie could see her girlfriend tense up, apparently ready to stand by her side should Alastor attack her.
Oh boy. Vaggie really needed to relax.
If Alastor had wanted to hurt her, he would have done so by now.
He did the opposite, because Charlie had raised her arms and the glass of whiskey so high that Alastor couldn't reach it. At least not in his lying position. In truth, he could have taken it at any time. He knew it, Charlie knew it, Vaggie knew it and Husker knew it too, who silently watched the whole spectacle from the bar and could only shake his head when he saw how childish his otherwise feared boss behaved when he was drunk.
In the meantime, Alastor had turned, more or less, onto his side and was grinning so broadly that it looked unusual even for him. The reason for his spontaneous outburst of mirth was Charlie, as the young princess laughed and squirmed while desperately trying to keep her arms up, so that Alastor couldn't reach the glass. The Radio Demon, of course, was playing unfair as usual and happily kneaded his victim's sides, which was responsible for Charlie's mirthful outburst, for he had found out not too long ago that the devil's daughter was ticklish. Very ticklish, in fact. A knowledge, which he used against her as often as possible, because he loved Charlie's hearty laugher, which he got whenever he tickled her. And lately she had laughed far too little for his liking.
And besides, he really wanted that glass of whiskey...
“Ahahahalastohohor stohohohop ihihihit!”
Oh my, she couldn’t even speak properly after such a short time of tickling.
For the future queen of hell she sure was one of the most ticklish beings down here.
This raised the question of whether her dear father was as ticklish as his heir?
She must have inherited it from someone after all. Let it be father or mother, but Alastor would vote on the fatherly side, given the fact that the king of hell could behave like a goof if he wanted to. And he could swear that he had once heard loud laughter, coming from his room, when the king was alone with his daughter. And said laughter hadn't come from Charlie that day...
Well, there was only one way to find out and he hoped he would get his chance one day.
As for now, he would concentrate on the devil’s daughter instead. He knew how ticklish Charlie was by now, for he had found out about this not too long ago and found himself enjoying participating in such playful activates once in a while. It was a nice change to all the tormented screams he was used to. Besides, one was never fully dressed without a smile…
"Oh no, princess. Keep your arms up. We wouldn't want the glass to fall~,” he said teasingly and kept going, kneading her sides up and down skillfully and earning squeal after delightful squeal from his victim.
He just couldn't help but tease her, for he knew his words flustered Charlie and made it tickle even worse. The slight intoxication of alcohol clouded his senses, letting the bloodthirsty monster he was deep inside fade into the background and instead releasing the playful child he had rarely let out of himself since he had been living down here in this world of fire and brimstone.
But now, at this moment, it was simply unstoppable. He could no longer keep the child inside him and the louder Charlie laughed, the more the child inside him rejoiced. His deer tail wagged back and forth joyfully, witnessing his childlike joy and relaxed state and he seemed to have blocked out everything else around him. In that one moment, it was just him and Charlie and nothing else.
A fact, that would prove to be his undoing, as he only marginally heard Charlie cry out for help, as her arms continued to lower, as Alastor seemed to hit all the right spots that not only made her laugh louder, but shriek as well. Above the hip bones she couldn't seem to stand it at all and he now concentrated on that spot in particular, kneading it skillfully with both hands and grinning so broadly that it almost split his face in half.
"V-Vaggie! Hehehehelp mehehehe!"
An amused laugh burst from the Wendigo's throat and his grin took on sinister proportions, but his eyes betrayed him as they shone like those of a small, playful child; full of joy and pure merriment.
"Ohhh, what's that? Lucifer's daughter can't defend herself, hmm? Does she have to call for help yet~? Can’t she take a little bit of tickling?" he teased her and he continued tickling mercilessly and wouldn't stop until he got that damn glass between his claws.
"I would have expected a little more from the daughter of our fearless king."
Charlie's cheeks turned so red that they rivaled an overripe tomato with all the teasing that left Alastor's mouth. The teasing sound of his voice alone was already flustering as hell and she squealed even louder now, lowering one arm down and trying to push the tickling hands away from her body. However, this only earned her an amused chuckle from her "tormentor", who redoubled his efforts, when he realized that his ticklish attack was working.
"One arm down. One more to lower. Come on, dear. Lower your arm for me and just give me the glass. That'll put an end to all this."
Charlie shook her head stubbornly and kept her arm above her head, but it was already trembling suspiciously, as was the rest of her body as one burst of laughter followed the next.
“Nehehehever!”
The Radio demon grinned and his eyes sparkled dangerously, as he silently accepted the little challenge.
"Never you say? Well, either you lower it or I'll take a few more piano lessons on your ribs~. You don't want me to get rusty, do you, sweetheart?"
"VAGGIE!" Charlie squealed out loud at that as she couldn't take the playful teasing any longer and was about to give up. This was unbearable! Alastor was truly a master of torture. Whether it was real torture or playful "torture" like this.
But there was something she had found out about him not too long ago.
Namely the fact that the hotel’s torture master couldn’t take his own medicine at all…
"But Charlie...I don't know what to do. I don't want to mess with him," she heard her girlfriend response to her mirthful pleading.
Despite the playful atmosphere, Vaggie was still afraid of Alastor? For real?
That had to be a joke!
It was about time to change this once and for all!
"Tickle him!!!" the princess screamed through her increasingly loud fit of laughter and she could no longer sit still, squirming wildly back and forth under those nimble hands, almost spilling some of the Whiskey, as the golden liquid swayed dangerously back and forth in the glass she was still holding onto with all her might.
Vaggie blinked her eye in confusion, thinking she had misheard.
"What?"
"TICKLE HIM!!!" Charlie repeated her words with a loud screech, as Alastor made good on his playful threat and played her ribs like the keys of a piano, always careful to be gentle with her as he didn't want to hurt her with his razor sharp claws.
Claws that were not really meant for such playful activities...
"You want me to...tickle him?" Vaggie asked again, just to be sure, since she still thought she was imagining things. A shiver crawled down her spine as Alastor looked at her, not losing his grin for a second. A grin, that took on sinister proportions now.
"Don't even try, mon ange. I'm not ticklish."
"LIAR!!!" Charlie screeched immediately through her fit of laughter and her arm was about to lower, as she lost the fight more and more. Her tormentor's claws were merciless, stroking agonizingly slowly over the thin fabric of her blouse, intent on taking care of each rib individually. Poking, wiggling, scratching. It felt so ticklish, that it made her feel like she would jump out of her own skin at any second!
"You're calling me a liar, mon chère? Really~?"
"Yehehehehes!"
Just the way Charlie managed to get that one word out while laughing her head off made the others laugh too. Even Husker's lips curled into a small smile, as Charlie's mirth broke through even his thick wall of annoyance and filled his heart with some joy in this dark and brutal world that called hell.
"Yes? Tsk, tsk, tsk. My dear, I am shocked. After everything we've been through together, you're brazenly calling me a liar? I don't like that at all. Maybe a little punishment is in order, hmm? Wouldn’t you agree, darling?"
Charlie immediately squeaked out loud at the words, knowing what was coming. It wasn't the first time she had played this game with Alastor and it probably wouldn't be the last. The only difference this time was the fact that they had spectators. Even if it were just Vaggie and Husker, but this was flustering enough, even without these two.
Her laughter grew even louder as she felt her blouse being pulled up a little and off her stomach and she tried to prepare herself inwardly for what was to follow.
But it didn't get that far, because before Alastor could blow his devilish raspberry, he himself was shaken by a sudden fit of laughter and he started drumming his legs frantically against the sofa. His claws remained on one side of Charlie's ribs, while his now free hand reached behind him and tried to get the hands off his legs, which were currently kneading the backs of his knees and thighs, switching back and forth to see where he was more ticklish and when Charlie looked through her teary eyes at Vaggie, she could hardly believe what she was seeing, because the ex-exorcist was grinning from ear to ear and looked like a little child who had just received the best Christmas present she could have ever dreamed of.
And that present was the fact that Alastor, the bloodthirsty and brutal Radio Demon, was ticklish. Very ticklish, it seemed, because Alastor kicked his legs wildly and Vaggie had to be seriously careful not to get hit by one of them. But her hands never left contact with the back of his knees, as he seemed to be much more ticklish there, and her fingers continued to wiggle around in them or knead the delicate flesh, deliberately pressing harder into the fabric of his pants to get at the skin underneath. But...it didn't really feel like skin that was under the fabric of his pants. It felt more like fur.
Ohhh, this was getting better and better. Alastor was getting really cute to her, thanks to this fact. But the angel preferred to keep that to herself, as she didn't want to test her luck. If Alastor had been sober and she had dared to tickle him or even try, especially in front of Husker, Vaggie was sure it would have earned her a free pass to his radio station and she would be a star guest on his radio show tonight.
She was snapped out of her dark thoughts when Alastor's hand reached for one of hers and she smirked softly as she felt him try and fail to pry at least one hand from the back of his knee. Or...maybe he was deliberately trying not to?
When she looked at him, she thought she saw pure joy sparkling in his eyes. Like he was having the time of his life and maybe he was. Ohhh, if only the King of Hell could see this. That would be very interesting. But Lucifer wasn't at the hotel at the moment and probably wouldn't be back until late evening. A real shame.
The deer demon's second hand was suddenly there, grabbing Vaggie's still tickling hand and gently pushing it away from his knees, but if Alastor thought that was the end of it, he had thought wrong, because in his eagerness he had forgotten about Charlie and the princess was out for revenge!
She was just putting the glass of whiskey to one side, pulling her blouse back down and cracking her knuckles. Her eyes sparkled with pure vengeance and before Alastor knew what hit him, there was a second pair of hands trying to get under his arms, but he reacted quickly and pressed both arms against his body, letting out a fit of giggles that echoed through the hotel lobby while still holding onto Vaggie’s hands to make sure she wouldn’t start tickling again and join her devilish girlfriend. Even if he was the one who started it…
His giggles were loud and high pitched. A sound, so rare, that even Husker perked up his ears, for he had truly never heard such sounds coming from his boss's mouth and he had to pull himself together to keep from grinning gleefully, as he silently watched the spectacle unfolding in front of his very own eyes. And inwardly, he was cheering Charlie and Vaggie on, because he wanted to see the downfall of his boss so bad.
"Chahaharlie, darling...ack! W-we can tahahahalk about thihihihis, can't we?"
The princess raised an eyebrow questioningly, as Alastor grinned into her face, cute giggles still leaving his lips, the mischief still sparkling in his eyes and a sweet squeak escaping his throat as Charlie gave him her answer. Her fingers wiggled into his armpits and anything else the Wendigo wanted to say was smothered in a loud burst of laughter that erupted from his mouth like lava from an exploding volcano and filled the entire lobby within seconds.
And the longer Charlie tickled him, the weaker his grip on Vaggie's hands became and it wasn't long before the angel was able to free his hands from his grasp and immediately launched a counterattack. This time it wasn't his legs that Vaggie attacked. No. This time she cheekily slipped her hands under the demon's red shirt. Her fingers found velvety soft fur and skillfully searched for the sensitive skin underneath and when she found it, a strong jolt went through Alastor's body and the demon roared with laughter.
And that was the moment when Vaggie could no longer hold back her own laughter. It burst out of her without her being able to stop it. A laugh, so full of amusement and joy at the same time that even Charlie looked up at her in amazement, for this was the first time she had seen Vaggie laugh so heartily since she had found her down here in hell years ago.
"Are you all right, Vaggie?" she asked, as she could already see tears in her love's eye and Charlie couldn't stop grinning herself. Alastor didn't make it any better with his fidgeting and high-pitched laughter.
The angel below them just nodded her head, slowly regaining her composure and her loud laughter subsided, turning to amused giggles, as she turned her full attention to the Radio Demon, tickling tears from his eyes, as she searched again for that one spot below his ribcage that had just made him squeal so sweetly and sure enough, she found it again. The Wendigo's body jerked, his legs kicked out and Vaggie had to dodge them to avoid getting kicked right in the face. But no matter what Alastor did, Vaggie continued to tickle him mercilessly, skillfully kneading the spot beneath his ribcage to keep him in his laughing fit. He had scared the shit out of her all these years and now the time had come for revenge. And besides, it was incredibly fun to make one of the most powerful Overlords in hell squeal like that.
Looking at his deer tail, now wagging like a propeller, she knew Alastor was having as much fun as she and Charlie were having. She knew he could have escape whenever he wanted to, but apparently he didn’t want to. Which was quite the interesting knowledge about him...
"Ladies...pleahahahahase...."
Vaggie raised an eyebrow questioningly and looked first at Alastor and then at Charlie, who just shrugged her shoulders in amusement and continued tickling.
"Excuse me? You'll have to be a bit more specific, Alastor. Please what? Please continue? Heh, if that’s what you want…"
Charlie let her hands wiggle mercilessly into his armpits and Vaggie simultaneously pushed her hands a little further under the demon's shirt and tickled his ribs directly, making him laugh even louder if that was still in the realm of possibility by now.
"Mesdames, ne faites pas ça!"
"French? Really now?" Vaggie asked, surprise clearly visible on her face. She would have expected anything from Alastor. That he would thrash about wildly and even bite or finally start cursing, but not that he would just lie there, allowing the tickling to happen and French to come out of his mouth.
"That's what happens if you tickle him long enough," Charlie remarked with a grin.
"Interesting. I would have never expected this from him. Seriously. I always thought of him as a monster without any feelings."
“Well, as you can see: Alastor is full of surprises.”
While the two women talked over his head as if he wasn't even there, Alastor tried to defend himself. He would show them that he was still there, but as he rolled slightly onto his back, he immediately felt tickling fingers on his stomach, as Vaggie saw her chance and immediately seized it, not giving him the slightest chance to counterattack.
"Nice try, Alastor, but if you want to fool a former exorcist, you'll have to come up with something better than that,” Vaggie remarked with a broad grin on her face.
It was a clear provocation. She knew that as well as Alastor did and the Radio Demon reacted immediately. Several shadowy tentacles suddenly erupted from his back and grabbed Vaggie's and Charlie's hands, pushing them away from his body.
Everything happened very quickly after that.
A brief scuffle, a few amused screams and Charlie and Vaggie found themselves lying on the lobby floor. Their arms were pinned above their heads with shadowy tentacles and Alastor positioned them so that they were lying right next to each other on the carpet, as he tried to recover from his own fit of laughter and whipping mirthful tears out of his eyes.
Slowly, he sat up, brushed his hair back and straightened his clothes, which had ridden up in the heat of the moment. He also fixed the bow tie around his neck, until his eyes turned to his two prisoners, who were already grinning broadly at him. Well, at least Charlie had a big grin on her face, because she knew what was about to happen.
When he turned his eyes to Vaggie, he saw the complete opposite on her face, for it was pure fear that was reflected on her face. A sight he didn't like at all, because he didn't want his friends to be afraid of him. He had seen the naked fear on the angel's face far too often whenever he entered the room she was in. And when they were alone, Vaggie quickly looked for the next best escape route to get away from him as quickly as possible and now she was looking at him like that again, even though she had had the time of her life only a few moments ago. That couldn't be allowed to continue.
That’s why he would start with her now...
His grin was as wide as ever, as he turned his eyes on Vaggie and to make her think he was going to unleash the Wendigo on her, he let his antlers grow and turned his pupils into radio dials. If she was afraid of the Radio Demon, she was going to get the Radio Demon.
"Well look at that. Today is my lucky day. Today's special is two for one!"
The alcohol in his blood had long since evaporated and he had just shown the two women that he had been playing with them the whole time, because he just wanted to make fun of them to see how they would react when he was drunk. He could take a lot, even in this body, but they hadn't known that before. Only Husker knew and he had been ordered to keep his mouth shut. Which he had done. It had been fun until the two of them had started tickling him. Which had also been great fun, but not here in the lobby, where everyone could see it. He didn’t even want to imagine what would have happened if Lucifer had come back from his shopping spree in that moment...or whatever the King of Hell was up to when he left the hotel. No, he didn't want to imagine this and it wasn't about Lucifer now, but about his daughter and her girlfriend and he still had something to do.
Something called revenge.
His grin turned slightly malevolent, as he saw the realization on Charlie's face and how she slowly understood that he had been pretending to be drunk the whole time. All so that she and her friend would end up in this position. And why? Because it was fun. Nothing more, nothing less and after everything that had happened, they all desperately needed a little time out. No more fighting. No more desperation. Just fun and relaxation. And Vaggie finally had to learn that he wasn't the mindless monster that everyone down here made him out to be.
His eyes turned back to the angel, who flinched under his played scowl and her remaining eye widened in fear, as he leaned over her.
"Well, my dear. Didn't I tell you earlier that I don't bite? I take that back."
His words didn't make the situation any better, for he could actually hear a small whimper from the warrior's throat and she tugged at the shadow shackles around her wrists, but she couldn't free herself. Alastor had seen to that with his magic. Vaggie may have been a fallen angel, but Alastor was a powerful Overlord and therefore had a clear advantage here in this world of fire and brimstone, which he called his home.
"NO! Stay away from me!!!"
He ignored her protests, as he put his full attention on her, grinning into her face as he knelt over her and slowly pulled her shirt up.
"No, no, no, Vagatha, my dear. You have a lesson to learn. A lesson I will be only too happy to teach you."
As he pushed her shirt up further, but always being respectful not to expose body parts of her that shouldn’t be exposed, Vaggie looked helpfully at Charlie, who by now was giving her an encouraging smile instead of her grin, trying to make her silently understand that everything was all right and that nothing bad was going to happen. But Vaggie was so scared of Alastor that she couldn't get through to her and the panic in her visible eye said it all, as two large clawed hands gripped her sides and Alastor lowered his head.
"The lesson is never mess with the Radio Demon!" Alastor growled out and then his lips descended on Vaggie's stomach and...he unleashed the loudest raspberry he could, causing the angel to screech so loudly that even Angel Dust and Niffty upstairs could probably hear it.
The screeching quickly turned to hysterical laughter that filled the whole lobby as Alastor carefully nibbled his way across the entire surface of her belly, which the ex-exorcist couldn't seem to stand at all, as she squirmed like a worm in her bonds, tugging at them and kicking her legs wildly, but nothing she did could soften Alastor's heart.
“Fuhuhuhuck nohohohohohoho!!!! S-Stohohohop it you a-asshohohohole!!”
He just laughed, ignored her insulting words towards him and carried on, grinning, nibbling and blowing raspberries until tears welled up in the angel's remaining eye. Not tears filled with fear, just tears filled with pure joy, as the deer demon took revenge for the teasing tickle attack from earlier.
"Oh, mon ange...you're even more ticklish than our dear Charlie here and that's really saying something."
Both women's faces immediately flushed a deep shade of red and a grumble could be heard from Charlie, which made him glance over at her teasingly and at the look he gave her, Charlie immediately burst into another fit of giggles from pure anticipation of what was to come once Alastor would focus all his attention on her.
"Don't worry, princess. You’re gonna get my full attention soon. How about a little teaser first, mon chère?"
Even as he spoke, his right hand grabbed Charlie's shirt and pulled it off her stomach again and while he did that, he made sure his claws would leave teasing tickles in their wake. He decided to give Vaggie a short break, before he would get both of them at the same time. And while he waited for Vaggie to catch her breath (apparently she wasn’t used to getting tickled, which was a sad thought, even for him) he enjoyed the sounds of Charlie’s mirthful giggles as he teased her now exposed stomach with feather light tickles while putting his free hand onto Vaggie’s stomach, drumming his claws teasingly against her skin to keep her in a steady fit of soft giggles as well.
Oh, his claws were itching already to do just dig in to those cute bellies in the most ticklish way possible and fill these halls of the hotel with the sweet sound of laughter once more.
Maybe he shouldn’t have changed the name of the former happy hotel?
Today it would live up to its former name after all. He would personally make sure of that.
He turned all his attention to his two victims now. His grin bore witness to the mirth that was about to get unleashed any second and which would fill the halls of this hotel with happy laughter once more.
"Well then, ladies. Break is over. Now then…let's see which of you two can laugh the loudest..."
