I’ve been working SO HARD and it still feels like it’s not enough. I have a few bigger assignments this week, and then 3 exams next week.

It feels like I just finished preparing for my exam earlier this week, but I already have an anatomy exam on Monday covering the back and head!
I've been having such a fun time doodling the different structures, and it helps me to recall them better.
Meal prepping has been a lifesaver especially during exam weeks. Before school started I baked a large batch of my favorites and froze them for future me, so that's where this chocolate chip banana bread came from!
Taking breaks is also being productive
Studying constantly only leads to burnout. Go take a walk. Feed some ducks. Admire a pretty building. Try to cook something new.
You might feel guilty at first, but nothing in excess is ever good, not even studying.
Dont forget to live life
