“I’m sorry Alex, this was the only place i thought to go. I don’t mean to interrupt sister night. You know what, i’ll just-” you go to walk out of the brunette’s door when you feel a gushing wind and see the blonde heroine standing in front of the now closed door.
“No. It’s okay, you are our honorary sister, so you’re always invited. Especially when You’re upset,” Kara smiles her iconic beaming smile as she leads you to the couch and guiding you down to sit.
“So, tell us what happened,” Alex smiles, sitting down beside you and facing you.
You take a deep breath.

After 45 minutes of crying, watching three musicals and eating too much ice-cream, you fall asleep between the two Danvers Sisters.
“What are we gonna do?” Alex whispers over to the blonde, whose biting her lip nervously.
“I dont know! I think i should talk to Lena first, get her side of the story,” Kara decides as she smiles weakly at her sister then down to you, “I hate seeing her this sad.”
“Me too, Kar,” the Director agrees, grabbing her sisters hand. Her attention turns to the door when she hears three loud knocks at the door. The brunette peers over to the clock, 1:45am, “Who is awake at 1 in the morning?”
Alex stands from her spot on the couch, grabs her gun and walks over to the door, peering through the peephole. The sigh of relief that Kara hears tells her she can soften, but when the door opens her eyebrows peek upwards.
“Lena..” the hero gasps as she glances down at you when you shift and slowly open your eyes
“Lena? What the hell are you doing here?” you immediately sit up and cross your arms.
“I came to apologise and to ask you something,” Lena stated, stepping closer to the couch, which in turn, she steps closer to you as well. Instinctively, you tighten your arms, but your eyes widen drastically when the CEO drops to her knee in front of you.
“Lena, what’re you doing?’ you gasp at the kneeling woman, as you stand up from the couch.
“I’ve been distant lately because i’ve been setting this up, everything was suppose to happen tomorrow at the picnic place you like. I’ve been missing out on dates and getting phone calls because i’ve been planning everything, a man with a guitar was supposed to be playing while I told you this long speech and a photographer would be there to take photos and a video. I was setting all that up,” the brunette confesses, “and i was getting this ready,” she added while pulling out a velvet box and opening it to display a beautiful diamond ring.
“Oh my god, Lena,” you internally slap yourself because of course she still loves you.
“And the only reason i paused when you asked me that was because I was so shocked you asked me that, of course I love you. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I have no doubt in my mind that I want to wake up and fall asleep next to you every morning and every night,” Lena announces, letting tears trickle down her face, “So, will you marry me? Please?”
You breath out a mouthful of air and brush the many tears rolling down your own face. You step forward and kneel in front of the woman you love, “of course, i’m so sorry I ever doubted you,” you smile widely, grabbing her face and colliding her lips with yours in a passionate kiss, you giggle lightly when you taste salt due to the tears you both are shedding.
“I love you, Lena Luthor.”
“I love you too, y/n l/n,” the billionaire smirks as she pulls away slightly to pull the ring out of the box and slip it onto your ring finger, making you blush.
“Well, this is by far the most exciting this that has ever happened in my living room,” Alex deadpanned, effectively ruining the moment but neither of you seem to care as the bright smiles never fail to decease on your lips.
“That was the cutest thing ever!” Kara exclaimed dramatically, rushing over and throwing her arms around you both in a tight hug, “c’mon Alex, i know you wanna join!” the blonde stretches her hand out to her sister.
“Yeah, yeah,” the director sighs but still comes over and wraps her arms around you both.
You smile widely because you’re going to marry your best friend, and the love of your life.
