Uncovering Hope | Fang and Hope

Hope sat by the edge of the pool with his legs immersed in the pool water, observing the buzz of activity around him with a quiet expression on his face. Along with teal and yellow board shorts, the silveret was wearing a white zip-up hoodie over his bare body, not quite comfortable with having to expose himself in front of so many people.

The pool party had sounded like fun, and in one of those rare moments, Hope had decided to attend in order to give himself a break. He hadn't been sleeping well, falling back on his old habits of immersing himself in work in order to try and distract himself from his thoughts.

It was definitely nice that Fang, Vanille and Serah were here, but Hope's thoughts had wandered towards the other former l'cie lately. Lightning, Sazh, Snow...and Noel, of course. The man who had traversed time with Serah in order to same a future in which he was the last human.

Letting out a tired sigh, Hope lifted his head a little to look at the clear sky. He wished he could do more from this world, unreasonable as he knew that wish was.
