A mage who, after some self-searching, is starting to multiclass in, yes, bard. "Multiclass," in this instance, means "telling her party members bad jokes while singing" as opposed to actually missing out on those sweet, sweet mage levels.

So, the 5e character that I play - LeShea (gosh that name just keeps popping back up doesn’t it?) - is almost literally this. A couple levels of warlock for background and flavor, then mainlining bard the rest of the time. Just…not quite as happy.

I'm disappointed I never got to do anything with this hook.

He had never been to St. Petersburg before, nor did he have any idea how to get there from Dublin, especially by sea. But, ignoring the fact that the Captain was bawling at the back of the wheelhouse, and the rest of the crew was nowhere else in sight, he was pretty sure he could make it there in time for supper. The Traveller closed his eyes. Sometimes that helped.

I'm disappointed that apparently I drabbled it on facebook about 4 years ago when I still had one, and forgot about it until I found an old draft where I saved a bunch of statuses I liked before I deleted my account.
