Sam wasn’t sure what he’d expected when he’d signed on to join Steve in hunting down the Winter Soldier. After over a year with no sign of the other man, he was beginning to think they’d never find him, especially once Steve gets pulled back into Avengers business.
Sam was right. He doesn’t find Barnes.
Barnes finds him.
