I love Blackflag, its a good fun game, and i’ve played it many times but it still bothers me that they changed Edward and Caroline’s story, from being a guy who is struggling to find his place in life, getting targeted by the templars, and having his whole life (and his family’s) ruined by this organization, for no other reason that loving the wrong woman. and in an attempt to protect her, sends her to live with her family. until he comes up with a solution to all of this. instead what the game version is, that, “oh ed, i don’t believe in you, and i am going to go home and live with my parents. goodbye”
